火箭舱段连接接头用有效载荷分离装置优化设计毕业论文

摘 要

火箭舱段连接接头一般采用包带式装置连接,包带式连接装置凭借其结构简单、可靠性高等特点,常被航天工业用于航天器与运载火箭、火箭各级舱室之间的连接。采用ABAQUS/explicit非线性仿真模块建立有限元模型,模型由上端框、下端框、包带、包带压块四部分组成,模拟包带实际安装和服役过程,分别设置推进、收紧和拉脱三个分析步,并采用运动学面-面接触与通用接触算法,探讨包带V型槽、上下端框V型缘的倾斜角度和端框初始半径值的改变对包带装置的端框连接面接触应力分布情况、包带装置整体Mises应力分布情况、装置的轴向载荷值和极限承载能力的影响,初步可以得出如下结论:

(1)倾斜角度值的改变对端框接触应力分布影响较弱;随着角度值的增加,包带的最大应力值先降低后增加,装置的轴向载荷值和极限承载能力先增加后降低。当倾斜角度选取15°时包带的应力值最低,装置的轴向载荷值和极限承载力最高,装置的安全性和可靠性最佳。

(2)随着端框初始半径的增加,装置轴向载荷值和极限承载能力也在不同程度的增加,但端框接触应力分布不均匀现象显重。然而,半径的过度增加也会引起包带整体应力分布不均匀,进而导致拉脱过程局部区域率先屈服破坏,严重降低装置的可靠性。因此,端框初始半径值越大并不代表装置承载能力越强,根据工程需要选择适合的半径值才是关键。

Influence of structural parameters on mechanical properties of cabin strap connection

Abstract

The connection joints of rocket cabin are generally connected with belted devices. The belted connection devices are used in aerospace industry for the connection between spacecraft and carrier rocket and the compartments at all levels due to their simple structure and high reliability. ABAQUS/explicit nonlinear simulation module is adopted to establish the finite element model, the model consists of the upper box and bottom box, bag, bag briquetting of four parts, simulation package with the actual installation and service process, respectively set up to promote, tighten and pulled off three step analysis, and the kinematics of plane - surface contact with general contact algorithm, and discuss with V groove, terminal box v-shaped edge initial radius of the tilt Angle and the end of the box for the tape device terminal box covering device junction surface contact stress distribution, the overall Mises stress distribution, installation of the influence of axial load value and the ultimate bearing capacity, preliminary conclusions can be drawn as follows:

(1)the change of Angle has a weak influence on the distribution of contact stress of the end frame; With the increase of the Angle value, the maximum stress value of the package decreases first and then increases, while the axial load value and ultimate bearing capacity of device increase first and then decrease. When the Angle is 15°, the stress value of the belt is lowest, Axial load value and the ultimate bearing capacity of device are the highest, Safety and reliability of device are the best.

(2)with the increase of the initial radius of the end frame, the axial load value and the ultimate bearing capacity of the device also increased to different degrees, but the uneven distribution of the contact stress of the end frame was significant. However, the excessive increase of the radius will also lead to uneven distribution of the overall stress of the belt, which will lead to the failure of the local region in the process of pull-out and seriously reduce the reliability of the device. Therefore, the larger the initial radius value of the end frame is, the stronger the bearing capacity of the device is. It is the key to select the appropriate radius value according to the engineering needs.
