一种果树疏花装置的设计

在果园生产中，为了获得高质量果实，往往会采取疏花和蔬果的方法，在劳动力短缺的当下，选择适当的机械疏花方法是果园培育的迫切需要。基于对梨树的疏花的需求，本课题设计一种电动甩绳式机械疏花装置，装置采用柔性尼龙绳(疏花绳)物理击打方式作业，疏花绳可有序安装固定在转速可调节的转轴上。执行机构主轴的转速、所采用的角度、疏花绳的材料均对结果产生影响，该装置通过调节整个装置的移动速度和疏花轴转速等要素来控制疏花比例，达到准确控制果树花朵比例的效果，进而确保水果产出质量、加快疏花效率和增大经济效益。

Design of a flower thinning device for fruit trees

Abstract

In the orchardand, itrsquo;s indispensable to thining flowers and vegetables to obtain high-quality fruits. Mechanical flower thinning is a new technology in orchard cultivation to increase productivity and reduce costs. Based on the demand of pear-tree flower thinning, this paper designs an electric rope-throwing mechanical flower thinning device. The device adopts flexible nylon rope (flower thinning rope) for physical striking mode. The thining rope can be fixed on the rotating shaft with adjustable rotating speed. The rotation speed of the main shaft of the actuator, the angle used and the material of the pattern rope have effects on the result. By adjusting the moving speed of the whole device and the speed of the flower thinning shaft, the flower thinning ratio is controlled.,the flower-thinning proportion of the fruit tree can be controlled accurately to ensure the quality of fruit output and the efficiency of flower-thinning and economic benefit.
