《背负式机动喷雾机的设计》文献综述

[摘要]: 喷雾机是化学防治的重要机械，是一种将液体以雾态的形式喷发到空气中的装置，主要用来喷洒农药之类的液体，起到消毒除害的作用。背负式机动喷雾机是一种可以背在操作者身上进行喷雾操作的喷雾机，由于其具有操纵轻便、灵活、生产效率高等特点，被广泛使用于较大面积农林作物的病虫害防治等。本文就以背负式机动喷雾机为例的喷雾机械的历史、现状及今后的发展趋势作简要的综述，来探讨植物保护喷雾机械的发展趋向。

[Abstract]: Sprayer is an important machine for chemical prevention and control. It is a device that sprays liquid into the air in the form of mist. It is mainly used to spray liquids such as pesticides to disinfect and eliminate harmful effects. Engine powered knapsack sprayer is a kind of sprayer that can be carried on the back of the operator for spray operation. Due to its light operation, flexibility, and high production efficiency, it is widely used in the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests of large-area agricultural and forestry crops. This article briefly summarizes the history, current situation and future development trend of spray machinery taking the engine powered knapsack sprayer as an example to discuss the development trend of plant protection spray machinery.

1. 前言

化学防治是农林业病虫害防治的重要手段，植保机械目前应用的主要是施药机械，对各类农作物及果林喷洒化学农药，以预防或消除危害作物生长发育的病、虫、草害，是一种使用量大面广的主要农林业机械。随着植保机械的发展，普通的手动喷雾机无法再承担更大面积的病虫害防治工作，逐渐退出历史舞台，于是出现了机动喷雾机，其中应用最广泛的就是背负式机动喷雾机与担架式机动喷雾机。机动喷雾机由机器驱动，和手动喷雾机相比，操作劳动强度大大降低，还有用水量少，防治速度快，价格适中等优点，更适用于大面积的病虫害防治。背负式机动喷雾机又相比担架式体积小、灵活性高、行走快，单人操作方便，也非常适用于梯田等大型机械不易到达的山区环境。

不过背负式机动喷雾机在实际的病虫害防治上也存在着一些问题。因喷液量少，不能完全到达农作物等的根部，无法对部分病虫进行防治；对于更大面积的作业场所，效率就不如大型的担架式机动喷雾机。

虽说目前背负式机动喷雾机技术相对成熟，但还有很大进一步研究、发展的空间，随着经济发展和农民收入提高以及植保服务日益社会化，以及国家对它的支持，背负式机动喷雾机将具有更大的发展空间。
