蝗虫作为自然界的危害之一,从古至今对人类生活造成了极大的困扰。对蝗虫的治理,现阶段主要有喷洒农药和饲养牧鸡捕捉的方法。农药对植物和环境就有负面效应,采用牧鸡等方式消灭蝗虫可解决农药污染的问题,但牧鸡收放难度大,非虫发季饲养成本高。综合考虑到治理成效和生产成本的原因,本文提出以风机吸捕的方法捕杀蝗虫。该装置可在大量捕集蝗虫的同时,进行蝗虫的无害化处理,为畜牧业提供饲料。本文首先归纳总结了国内外部分自吸式蝗虫捕杀装置,在此基础上提出了机械式蝗虫捕杀装置的新方案,运用solid works进行建模;其次,对关键结构进行了计算、选型、设计;再次,运用solid works里flow simulation对风送机构进行了流体动力学仿真;最后,完成了整机的装配设计。所设计机械装置简单,工作效率高,可为机械化捕虫提供参考,促进蝗虫的经济化和资源合理利用化。

Structure design of mechanical self suction locust killing device
Abstract
As one of the hazards of nature, locusts have caused great troubles to human life from ancient times to now. For the treatment of locusts, there are mainly spraying pesticides and breeding grazing chicken capture methods. Pesticides have a negative effect on plants and the environment. The use of grazing chickens and other ways to eliminate locusts can solve the problem of pesticide pollution, but it is difficult to collect and release grazing chickens, and the breeding cost of non-insect hair season is high.
Considering the effect of governance and production cost, the paper proposes to kill locusts by fan suction method. The device can conduct harmless treatment of locusts while catching large numbers of locusts to provide feed for animal husbandry. This paper firstly summarizes some self-absorbing locust killing device at home and abroad, proposes new scheme of mechanical locust killing device, modeling by solid works, calculation, selection and design of key structure; again, the solid works flow simulation performs hydrodynamic simulation of air delivery mechanism; finally, the assembly design of the whole machine is completed. The designed machinery device is simple, high working efficiency, can provide reference for mechanized insect hunting, promote the locust economy and rational utilization of resources.
