环绕树干胸径式表型采集平台设计
摘 要
高通量基因组测序技术使得基因组学研究迅猛发展,但由于林业植物表型测量周期长、表型形状复杂、受环境影响多变及测量地形复杂等特性,林业表型研究一直滞后于基因型研究,植物信息之间无法互联互通,使海量的基因数据的科研价值降低。因此设计能在在自然环境下测量采集林业苗木生长过程的全自动表型数据采集和分析系统已成为一个全新的挑战。
苗木的诸多表型特性,例如株高、胸径等,反映了苗木的生长整个过程,或者基因型与其生长环境动态变化的互作关系。苗木树干表型特性的采集,对苗木生长状况的监控、苗木的成活率的提高、优株的苗期筛选有着重要的意义。本文介绍了苗木树干相关的表型和面向林业苗木的各种自动化、现代化的表型平台的研究现状。

ABSTRACT
High-throughput genome sequencing technology has made the rapid development of genomics,but as a result of forestry plant phenotype measurement cycle is long,phenotypic complex shape,affected by the environment variable and measuring the complex terrain features,such as forestry phenotypic study has been lagging behind the genotype, plant cannot interconnectivity between information,lower the vast amounts of genetic data of scientific research value. Therefore,it has become a new challenge to design a fully automated phenotypic data acquisition and analysis system that can measure and collect the growth process of forest seedlings in the natural environment.
