摘 要
在现代科学技术水平不断进步、生产力水平不断提高的社会背景下,机械制造业型的企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。在激烈的市场竞争下,H公司作为国内汽车核心零部件供应商之一,机床生产自动化摆料自动化需求日益增大,自动化摆料设备的设计与运行可大幅度提高零件生产过程的安全性、提高机床生产零件的质量和效率、减少生产过程的人工成本,简称摆料机。摆料机包括工件出料导向装置、工件输送装置、工件接收以及正反确认装置、工件正反调整装置、工件取放装置、料盘存放装置以及控制导向装置、输送装置、工件接收以及正反确认装置、工件正反调整装置、工件取放装置和料盘存放装置的控制器。此摆料机的各个装置均由控制器自动控制,操作精准。
