摘 要
自开放以来由于我国生活水平的提高,汽车正慢慢进入千家万户,正因为汽车的逐渐普及,人们不再仅仅满足拥有一辆车,而对车的本身有了更高的要求,也就是精神上的追求------汽车的美感。人们对于一辆车是否好看的判断,首当其冲的就是一辆车的前脸,在这当中前大灯的影响力不言而喻。本课题所做的是汽车前大灯的设计,它是照明系统中的一个重要的组成部件,在如今这样一个拥有极度相似化的市场,一个品牌需要拥有自己独特的风格才能够在这样的市场里站得更稳。一个品牌需要顾虑很多因素,比如品牌的文化,形象,内涵,以及设计和便利性等,以创建自己的个性化品牌。在考虑个性化的同时,由于目前汽车的动能在不断加强,车子的急速也在不断刷新,作为汽车的车头部分,很大程度的影响了汽车行驶的风阻,那么汽车前大灯的外形设计也需要考虑对车辆行驶时风阻的影响。所以在本文需要对汽车前大灯的设计以及生产进行研究以及设计,汽车前大灯的外形,汽车前大灯的生产方式,生产前大灯的模具的设计以及优化,然后对生成汽车前大灯进行运动仿真等等环节都需要提供合理的设计思路以及优化方法。
本论文首先介绍了汽车前大灯的发展、分类。最后使用UG来制作汽车前大灯模型,导入到mastercam中进行刀具路径图生成,然后进行加工仿真。在本文主要是对汽车模具的建模,以及对mastercam的使用。目的在于了解模具生产产品的过程以及模具加工方法,对于模具加工的工艺分析过程。

Therefore, brand personalization usually needs to consider many factors, such as brand connotation, culture, image, extension, design, creativity, convenience, etc., in order to create your own personalized brand. While considering personalization, as the kinetic energy of the current car is constantly strengthening, the speed of the car is constantly being refreshed. As the front part of the car, it greatly affects the wind resistance of the car. Then the appearance design of the car headlight is also Need to consider the impact on the wind resistance of the vehicle when driving. Therefore, it is necessary to design the installation and layout position of the car window regulator in the door system, plan and design the structural frame of the car window regulator, and select the material of the car window regulator and check and optimize the design of the car window regulator. , And then improve its motion simulation and other design steps to provide a set of perfect design ideas and optimization methods.
