摘 要
3DP工艺(即3D打印技术)自上世纪发明以来,一直受到人们的追捧,如今在各行各业中的应用也是愈发广泛。3D打印机的形式多种多样,所选择的打印材料也五花八门。石膏粉末材料以其性价比高、绿色环保、可实现彩色打印等特点,正逐步走进人们的视野。所以本课题会对石膏粉末3D打印机进行结构上的设计以满足日益提高的需求。
本课题先对3DP工艺原理进行了初步的讨论,即先由建模软件完成建模,再进行分层切片,最后由打印机加工出成品的工艺流程。接下来,又对粉末打印机的工作原理进行了分析。其采用了一种粉末粘结式3D打印的工艺,即在铺粉完毕后由喷头喷出特殊粘结剂使粉末快速粘结的技术。如要想实现全彩色打印,可使喷头喷出UV墨水与粉末混合,形成带有色彩的混合石膏粉末。
在了解了石膏粉末3D打印机工作原理的基础上,对其进行结构性建模。首先确定了打印机的打印精度、打印速度、层厚等关键性功能参数,然后根据功能参数的要求完成对电机、丝杠和联轴器的选型。每个部件各确定三个备选型号,再利用电商平台和厂家官网等渠道进行经济性分析,从而确定性价比最高的型号。最后进行打印机各零部件的三维建模与整机装配,利用建模软件完成对打印机的三维模型设计,并通过修改尺寸,改变配合方式等手段使最终的模型满足200mm×200mm×200mm打印尺寸的需求。所有零件的建模以及装配的过程均使用SolidWorks建模软件完成,最后利用SolidWorks自带的运动算例功能完成对3D打印机的运动仿真。

Structure design of gypsum powder printer based on 3DP process
Abstract
Since its invention in the last century, 3D printing technology has been sought after by people. Nowadays, its application in various industries is becoming more and more extensive. 3D printers have various of forms, and the printing materials selected are also varied. Gypsum powder materials are becoming more and more popular due to their high cost performance, environmental protection and color printing. Therefore, this subject will design the structure of gypsum powder 3D printer to meet the increasing demand.
The subject conducted a preliminary discussion on the principle of 3DP process, that is, we choose one modeling software to complete the model first, then the model will be layered and sliced, and finally the finished product can be processed out by the printer. The subject also analyze the working principle of the powder printer. It uses a powder-bonding 3D printing process, that is, a technique of spraying a special binder from the spray head to quickly bind the powder after the powder is spread. If you want to achieve a full-color printing, you can make the nozzle spray UV ink. After mixed with gypsum powder, it can form a mixed gypsum powder with color.
The next step is to model the 3D printer’s structure. First determine the key functional parameters such as the printing accuracy, printing speed, and layer thickness of the printer. Then complete the selection of motor, screw and coupling according to the requirements of functional parameters. The subject determine three alternative types for each component, and then use the Taobao platform and the official website of the manufacturer to conduct economic analysis. The most cost-effective type can be determined by economic analysis. Finally, the three-dimensional modeling and assembly of each part of the printer are performed. Use the modeling software to complete the three-dimensional model design of the printer, and the final model will meet the demand of 200mm × 200mm × 200mm print size by modifying the size and changing the matching method. The modeling and assembly of all parts are completed by SolidWorks modeling software. Finally complete the motion simulation of the 3D printer by the simulation function of SolidWorks.
