摘 要

随着汽车工业的发展，以及汽车保有量的增加，立体车库市场有迅猛发展的态势，采用灵活的交换设备以及可靠的控制系统是实现立体车库自动化的关键。立体车库应具备优越的使用性能、方便的操作方式、快捷的存取速度，管理人员数里少，便于防盗等特点，使立体车库管理进入智能化、科学化，一体化的智能管理阶段。此外，未来的机械停车设备市场，将更加注重完善的售后服务系统，远程监控系统、远程故障导处理系统将是用户追求的目标。随着我国经济持续快速的发展，城市规划的完善，机械停车设备行业将成为一个充满生机的朝阳行业，机械停车设备的技术也将得到长足的发展，特别是智能化车库如代表性的垂直升降类和平面移动类车库。

本文在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上，选择二层四列升降横移式立体车库为研究模型。升降横移式立体车库就其组成部分而言，可分为四大部分：车库结构部分、传动机构部分、控制系统部分和安全系统部分。本文简单介绍前面三项的内容，重点介绍立体车库的安全系统。为了使停车设备满足使用要求，根据国家关于机械式停车设备通用安全要求的标准、升降横移式立体车库的实际，在升降横移式立体车库中使用了一些必要的安全技术，这样保证了车辆的绝对安全，使得整个车库可以安全平稳的运行。升降横移式立体车库的安全系统包括防坠落装置，限位开关，安全光幕装置和停电应急手动绞盘。

Abstract

With the development of automobile industry, and the increasing of cars, parking market has the trend of rapid development, the exchange equipment flexible and reliable control system is the key to realize the automatic stereo garage. The garage should have superior performance, convenient operation, fast access speed, less number of personnel management so, anti-theft features such as the stereo garage to the intelligent management, scientific management, intelligent integration stage. In addition, the mechanical parking equipment market in the future, will pay more attention to customer service service system, remote monitoring system, remote fault processing system will guide the user goal. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, improvement of city planning, mechanical parking equipment industry will become a vibrant sunrise industry, mechanical parking equipment technology will also get considerable development, especially the vertical and plane moving garage intelligent garage as the representative.

In the paper, the present situation and development trend of garage at home and abroad on the basis of full investigation, choose two layer four columns of up-down and translation stereo garage as the research model. The up-down and translation stereo garage in terms of its components can be divided into four parts: the garage structure parts, transmission parts, control system and safety system this paper introduces the first three items. The content focuses on the security system of stereo garage. In order to make parking equipment to meet the use requirements, according to the national standard of mechanical parking systems general safety requirements, the actual up-down and translation stereo garage, some necessary safety use in the up-down and translation stereo garage The whole technology, so as to ensure the absolute safety of the vehicle, the garage can run safely and stably. The safety system of up-down and translation stereo garage are anti dropping device, limit switch, safety device and emergency manual winch.
