花洒过滤器旋盖注塑模具设计

摘 要
如今社会的变迁与繁荣,初始产品已经逐渐满足不了人类对于基本生活产品的的供给,但是有些产品的制造必需依赖模具才可以生产加工出来。正因为如此,模具行业的进步与人们的日常生活愈来愈紧密相连起来。利用模具制造的多种多样的制品,来满足人类所需,模具行业的变化充斥于我们日常生活中的点点滴滴。
故本次毕业设计是设计一副塑料模具,来查验所学的模具方面的知识是否扎实以及能否融会贯通。塑料注射模应用于制造热塑性塑料制品,是制造流程中极其紧要的工艺装备。
针对本次设计中所要求的花洒过滤器旋盖,采用ABS作为塑件的材料,首先应用模流分析软件Moldflow对塑件进行分析,确定侧浇口的具体位置,并有侧重的对其进行描述,同时分析该塑件的尺寸精度。得出普通精度的塑料模具即可满足塑件精度的要求,表面质量要求不高,采用一模两腔的结构设计,再从塑件的形状、尺寸标注及生产批量等方面看,选择加工方案。同时查阅了脱螺纹机构和塑料模具有关的书籍,选择内螺纹端面止转结构,使用电机带动齿轮,齿轮驱动型芯旋转并带动制品退出螺纹型芯,顺利地解决了该问题,提高了制品的品质和生产效率。本次设计还使用了AUTO CAD和UG NX10.0这两个软件,绘制了总装图和零件图,使得模具结构的表达更加地清晰明了,同时也加快了设计的速度。
本次毕业设计是对所有学过的知识的一次全面总结和灵活运用,与此同时也是巩固和加深理论知识的一次实践过程。

Design of injection mold for sprinkler filter screw cover
Abstract
Today, with the change and prosperity of society, the original products have gradually not to meet the supply of the basic products of life, But some products can only be produced and processed by the use of forms. Therefore, the progress of the tool industry and the daily life of humans is increasingly closely linked to each other. Using mold manufacture a variety of products to meet human needs, Tool industry changes are full of our daily life piece by piece.
The graduation project therefore consists in designing a plastic form to check whether the mold knowledge is solid and can be integrated. Plastic injection molding is used for the production of thermoplastic products, which are an extremely important process equipment in the manufacturing process.
According to the design requirements of the shower filter cover, ABS is used as a material of plastic parts. First, Moldflow software is used to analyze the plastic parts, determine the specific position of the side door, focus on its description and analyze the dimensional accuracy of the plastic parts. that the usual precision plastic form can meet the requirements for the precision of plastic parts and the requirements for the surface quality are not high. The design of a form with two cavities is chosen, and then the processing scheme is selected from the form, dimension and production batch of plastic parts. Choose the internal threading foreground structure, with the engine to drive the gearbox, the gearbox to turn the core and drive the product to leave the threaders, successfully solve the problem, This design also uses Auto CAD and UG nx10.0 to draw the general assembly and part drawing, making the expression of the shape structure clearer and faster.
The Graduation Project is a comprehensive summary and flexible use of all knowledge learned, but also a practical process for consolidating and deepening theoretical knowledge.
