越野四轮车平衡机构的设计

摘 要
随着生活水平的不断发展,人们拥有了更多的出行方式,由人力步行转变成利用机械功能进行代步,人们最广泛使用的代步工具是汽车。伴随着时代的进步和科技的更新,人们对于汽车的性能要求也越来越高,汽车的舒适性和安全性等不同于使用价值的要求也越发重要,这种思维态度的转变也更加的加快了汽车产业和技术的发展。自汽车在1886年发明以来,汽车发展历程跨越了不只一个世纪的道路,汽车产业发展到今天,各种技术的发展创新,使得车辆的各种性能越来越好,汽车也随市场的要求不断对自身性能做更迭改变,比如在动力方面的从内燃机到新能源的改变使得汽车续航和动力方面突破巨大,在形式方面从轿车到跑车、越野车汽车按不同情形的使用性能种类也多种等等。对于越野车悬架性能的研究,主要是考虑到越野车的适用情形不同于一般的家用型轿车,所以更加侧重对悬架系统的安全性和平衡性的研究,由于悬架系统在越野车位置特殊,研究也是关联到汽车操纵稳定性和驾驶员的舒适性。本文课题是对越野车在凹凸不平的地面行驶时,出现的车架扭曲、驾驶员摇晃歪斜等问题。研究内容主要是要设计出一种悬架平衡机构既要保证驱动力能够送达四轮,又要防止车架受到因地面不平而引起的扭力破坏,还要尽量保持驾驶座位的平衡。

Abstract
With the continuous development of living standards, people have more ways to travel, from manual walking to the use of mechanical functions for transport, the most widely used transport tool is the car.With the progress of The Times and the update of science and technology, people have higher and higher requirements on the performance of automobiles, and the requirements that are different from the use value of automobiles, such as comfort and safety, are more and more important. This change of thinking attitude also accelerates the development of automobile industry and technology.Since car invented in 1886, the car development path spans more than one century, until today in development of automobile industry, the development of a variety of technology innovation, make various performance of the vehicle is getting better and better, car also unceasingly along with the market demands of its own performance change change, such as the motivation from the change of the internal combustion engine into the new energy vehicle range and motivation above, in the aspect of form from car to car, suv car according to different situations and varieties in the use of performance and so on.The research on off-road vehicle suspension performance mainly takes into account that the off-road vehicle is different from the general family car, so it pays more attention to the research on the safety and balance of the suspension system. Because the suspension system is special in the off-road vehicle position, the research is also related to the vehicle handling stability and driver comfort.This paper focuses on the problems such as frame distortion and driver wobble when off-road vehicle is driving on uneven ground.The main content of the research is to design a suspension balancing mechanism which not only ensures that the driving force can reach four wheels, but also prevents the vehicle frame from being damaged by the torque caused by the uneven ground, and tries to maintain the balance of the driving seat.
