三层升降横移式立体车库设计开发毕业论文

摘 要
近些年来,随着我国城乡居民的收入不断的提高,私家车的普及率也越来越高。一方面,私家车的普及方面人们的出行,大大节约了人们的时间;然而,另一方面,私家车也带来由于路上随意乱停车或者占用道路空间引起的交通堵塞问题。因而这引发了我们的思考,能不能设计一种最大程度节约城市占地面积,同时又方便我们停取车的车库。因而,通过一番调查研究,我们发现机械式三层升降横移式立体车库在处理城市交通停车方面有着惊人的效果。机械式三层升降横移式立体车库可充分利用上土地资源,最大限度地停放车辆,发挥空间优势。本文以三层升降横移式立体车库为设计对象,全方面的把车库的生产成本与工作速度作为首要的考虑对象,基于这两项对三层升降横移式立体车库做了整体的机械设计。本文在对国内外车库发展趋势及现状及做了充分调研的基础上,选择三层九位七车升降横移式立体车库结构为设计对象。本文运用理论力学与材料力学相关知识对三层升降横移式立体车库的机械结构进行了全面的力学分析,包括三层升降横移式立体车库的钢结构部分与传动系统部分。

Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of income of urban and rural residents in China, the popularity of private cars has become increasingly high.On the
one hand, the popularity of private cars, people travel, greatly reduce the time; however, on the other hand, private cars also bring problems due to road indiscriminate parking or occupation of road space caused by traffic congestion.So this led to our thinking, can not be designed to design a maximum extent of urban area, but also convenient for us to stop the car garage.So we here thought to solve the urban traffic parking problem of reasonable and effective design of mechanical three layer lifting transverse moving type stereo garage.Mechanical type three layers of up-down and translation stereo garage can make full use of land resources and maximize the parked vehicles, giving full play to the superiority of the space.The more typical of up-down and translation stereo garage as the design object, considering three-dimensional garage manufacturing costs and the efficiency of the two factors, the overall mechanical design of up-down and translation stereo garage.In this paper, in the garage to the domestic and foreign development trend and current situation and on the basis of full investigation, the choice of three nine seven car up-down and translation stereo garage structure as the design object.The mechanical structure of the lift sliding mechanical parking equipment is mainly composed of a garage main frame, load the template part, transmission system, safety protection measures and four parts.In this paper, theoretical mechanics and material mechanics knowledge, the up-down and translation stereo garage mechanical structure are analyzed and the comprehensive mechanics, including the main frame structure of the up-down and translation stereo garage strength, a lifting drive system axial strength and transverse transmission system in shaft strength.

1.1课题的背景和意义
众所周知,最近十多年来,我国的经济一直处于一个蓬勃发展的状态,而经济的副产品也跟随这一起逐渐发展,其中机动车就是其中一项。机动车行业的快速发展,使得我国的汽车产量也处于一个指数增长的状态,而且根据调查发现产量的平均增长率也处于12%以上。因而可以估计在接下来的比较长的一段时间内机动车的生产量和拥有量仍然会以一个较高的增长率持续增加。机动车的增加也引发了一个随处可见的问题——汽车停车位的不足。
据国家城市交通工程技术中心对全国多个大城市停车现状的调查情况,我们发现城市汽车拥有量与停车位之比平均已经达到了4.84:1,这一巨大的比值数字对于希望自己的汽车有可以停放的车库的车主们来说,这种形式不容乐观。目前的这种停车困难产生最主要的原因是由于以前在城市建设规划上对车辆的增加速率的估计不足而引发的。然而事实上,真正到了2000年的时候,我们惊奇的发现北京市汽车总量达到了180万辆左右,在这其中单单私人小客车的数目就高达45万辆。面对数目日益增大的城市车流,停车设施建设的落后导致城市停车不便也不会让我们太过惊讶了。据国家建设部停车技术开发推广中心报道,北京市停车设施的落后,保守估计应该在汽车的保有量的20%到30%左右。
