摘 要
本次设计题目是ZM500型粉体增密机的设计。总体设计要求是对粉体物料进行初步增密,使其达到一定产量与强度,达到下一道造粒工序的原料要求。
目前增密机的主流设计有两种:对辊式和双螺杆式。在选择了对辊式作为设计方向之后,将设计过程分为几个模块依次完成。首先了解了粉体的相关性质以及它对于对辊式增密机设计的影响,选择了合适的符合要求的粉体物料,其次完成了增密机模型的设计与基本参数的计算,包括轧辊宽度和直径的设计,轧辊的转速,带动轧辊所需的最小的功率,根据轧辊的直径选择合适的齿轮直径。然后通过最小功率和传动效率选择合适的电机,根据转速比选择合适的减速器,用V带传动来弥补传动比差,在各自传动轴之间选择合适的联轴器,完成传动机构的选型与设计。在各自选型期间,根据各传动件和工作部件设计轴的结构,并进行强度校核。由于对辊式增密机需要预压力来防止返料,必须加装强制加料器。根据生产能力和物料基本参数等完成了强制加料器及其传动机构的选型与计算。最后,以计算说明书为基础画出了部分零件的结构图,如轧辊的传动齿轮,轧辊轴等。根据轴,传动齿轮等零部件的结构分布,设计合适的箱体,支架等,完成最终的总装图。

Design of ZM500 type densification machine
ABSTRACT
The topic is the design of ZM500-type powder densification machine. The overall requirement of the design is to make a preliminary increase in the density of the powder material, so that it can achieve certain output and strength, to achieve the raw materials requirements in the next granulation process.
The mainstream of the densification machine design has two kinds of types as roller and double screw type.After choosing the roller type design,the calculation could be finished by some steps.Firstly we need to understand the powder properties as well as how it inflect on the roller densification machine design, select the appropriate powder material to meet the requirements.Then complete densification machine model design and calculate basic parameters, including the roll width and diameter, roller speed, minimum power to drive roller.On the basis of the roll diameter the appropriate diameter can be selected. Then according to the minimum power and transmission efficiency to choose the motor,using the speed ratio to choose the retarder with V belt to make up the transmission ratio difference and select the appropriate coupling between the drive shafts to finish all the transmission mechanism. In the period,by analyzing the transmission parts and working parts to design the structure of the shaft, and the strength must be checked. Because the roller densification machine need to press on the material to prevent regurgitation feeding, so a forced feeder must be installed.According to production capacity and material parameters,the selection and calculation the forced feeder and its transmission mechanism can be finished. Finally,the parameters can be used to draw structure diagram of some parts, such as roller gear and roller shaft.The structure of shafts, gears and other components decide the box , support and so on.And then complete the final assembly drawing.
