摘 要
本文主要内容是关于粉体特性和WPJ-18型搅拌机的设计说明。首先,介绍了粉体技术的发展和粉体研究的目的。其次,是对粉体特性的介绍,包括颗粒粒径,颗粒形状因数,粒径分布,粉体的流变学,粒度的测定等方面,其次,是对WPJ-18X型搅拌机的计算与设计。搅拌使两种或多种不同的物质在彼此之中互相分散, 从而达到均匀混合的作用, 也可以用来加速传热和传导物质。WPJ-18型搅拌机的工作原理是物料先从进料漏斗进入圆筒,经由搅拌杆带动搅拌叶片进行混合搅拌,当物料达到一定的均匀度后,便从出料口排出。我的毕业设计就是对搅拌机的认识和研究,并设计出WPJ-18型搅拌机的总体结构,完成WPJ-18型搅拌机的相关计算。

Abstract
In this paper, the main content is about the powder characteristics and the design of the WPJ - 18 type mixer.
