摘 要

武汉市在地理位置上处于我国华中地区，四通八达的交通网络造就了一个大型的交通枢纽城市，集水路、陆路、空路等交通于一体，也同样面临着严重的城市交通拥堵问题。本文主要的研究方向是:分析武汉城市交通拥堵的现状，找出产生拥堵的主要原因并提出合理的解决方案。论文首先介绍了国外交通拥堵研究发展的现状，论述了交通拥堵的界定标准与判定方法，然后针对武汉市的实际交通拥堵现状，从多个角度理性判断，总结目前武汉市产生交通拥堵的主要原因，再陈述了移动大数据技术的发展现状，以及其在城市交通中的具体应用，基于移动大数据的视角，提出针对性的具体对策，目的在于缓解武汉的城市交通拥堵现状。

研究成果表明：城市的健康发展与交通系统的正常运行有着密不可分的关系，它影响着城市的经济发展与居民的正常生活。武汉市在改革开放以来经济迅速发展，城市规模不断扩大，与此同时也面临着严重的交通拥堵问题，这一问题长时间以来未能得到根本解决，严重制约了城市的发展。在解决城市交通拥堵的问题上，传统的解决方案对于缓解交通拥堵带来的城市压力只能起到一部分的作用。在新的时代背景下，为了解决交通拥堵问题，我们应立足于现有的科技发展，与时俱进，将新的治堵理念与技术应用到缓解武汉市交通拥堵的实际对策当中，带来科技创新治堵的新局面。

本文的主要特色：基于目前武汉交通所面临的实际问题，对武汉市产生交通拥堵的主要原因进行了深入研究，并结合移动大数据在缓解交通拥堵中的实际应用，提出了一系列针对武汉市交通拥堵问题的缓解对策。

Abstract

Wuhan City in the geographical location in China's central China， extending in all directions of the transport network created a large transport hub cities， waterways， land， air and other traffic in one， also face a serious problem of urban traffic congestion. The main research direction of this paper is to analyze the current situation of urban traffic congestion in Wuhan， find out the main causes of congestion and put forward reasonable solutions. This paper first introduces the current situation of the development of foreign traffic jam research， discusses the definition of traffic congestion and determine the method， and then for the actual traffic congestion in Wuhan City， from a number of rational judgments， summed up the current traffic congestion in Wuhan， the main reason And then put forward the development of mobile large data technology status， as well as its specific application in urban traffic， based on the perspective of large mobile data， put forward specific countermeasures， the purpose is to ease the status of urban traffic congestion in Wuhan.

The results show that the healthy development of the city is inextricably linked with the normal operation of the traffic system. It affects the economic development of the city and the normal life of the residents. Wuhan City, since the reform and opening up the rapid economic development, the city has been expanding, at the same time also faced with serious traffic congestion problem, the problem has not been a fundamental solution for a long time, seriously hampered the development of the city. In solving the problem of urban traffic congestion, the traditional solution can only alleviate the urban pressure brought about by traffic congestion. In the context of the new era, in order to solve the problem of traffic congestion, we should be based on the existing technological development, advancing with the times, the new governance concept and technology applied to ease the traffic congestion in Wuhan, the actual countermeasures, The New Situation of Science and Technology Innovation.

The main features of this paper are based on the actual problems faced by Wuhan transportation, and the main reasons of traffic congestion in Wuhan are studied deeply. Combined with the practical application of mobile large data in alleviating traffic congestion, a series of suggestions are put forward for Wuhan Mitigation Countermeasures of Traffic Congestion.

衡量一个城市的发展状况，很重要的一方面就是看一个城市的交通发展水平。城市的交通系统的良好运行，对于城市发展带来的好处是十分巨大的。首先，城市的交通系统就像是城市这个巨大有机体的血管一样，如果产生了拥堵，就像是人体的血液不能循环一样，可想而知，会给城市这个有机整体带来病变^[1]。其次，城市的交通发展能够促城市的经济活动活跃起来，高效快速的交通出行方式对于城市内部的经济交流起着重要的促进作用。再者，对于生活在城市里的居民而言，日常的正常出行活动是必不可少的，良好的交通运行对于居民的生活质量也有着最直接的影响。但是由于城镇居民的消费水平近年来持续增长，私人汽车的购买能力提高，为了拉动城市经济发展的内需，许多地方政府都曾出台过不少政策来刺激城市居民加大对汽车的购买力，在这一需求达到饱和的时候，也就使城市的机动车数量得以剧增。再加上近年来城市化的步伐加快，城市规模的不断扩大，愈来愈多的人口涌进城市，城市的人口密度不断增加，可想而知的结果就是导致各种城市问题的产生。在这些问题当中，对城市的良好运行和居民的正常生活影响最严重的就是交通拥堵的问题。

在我国，大大小小的城市或多或少都面临着这个相同的问题，在大城市的严重程度更甚。因此，国家和政府不断的出台了各种解决对策，但是收效甚微，有的甚至更严重，许多城市面临着越是治理越是堵的不正常现象。交通拥堵问题不仅带来了出行的时间成本和经济成本的增加，对于城市的环境的影响也是不可忽略的，另外，产生交通拥堵的同时，交通事故的发生几率也会变高。所以，交通拥堵问题严重制约的城市的正常运行，影响了居民的正常出行，甚至对社会的稳定有着极大的危害。
