摘 要

随着社会经济的快速增长，消费者的购买力也与日俱增，而越野车因其具有杰出的动力性及宽大舒适的乘坐空间，使其愈来愈受到消费者的喜爱。但因其高油耗和高排放的缺陷，不满足国家可持续发展战略，导致越野车的发展仍存在着一定瓶颈。但是随着科技的进步，混合动力越野车逐渐步入大家的视线。混合动力越野车不仅大大的改善了车辆的燃油经济性，还保留甚至增强了其原有的动力性。但是就目前而言，国内外对混合动力越野车的测试评价技术研究还是一片空白。一个完善成熟的车辆测试评价技术对一个正处于发展阶段的车型的重要性不言而喻。

本文的主要内容是以混合动力越野车辆为研究对象，首先，分析混合动力汽车以及传统越野车测试评价技术的国内外研究现状，对比分析越野车和混合动力轿车的测试方法；其次，运用汽车试验学的基础理论知识，加以扩展，对混合动力越野车的动力性、经济性、通过性制定合理的测试方法；再次，总结出各项指标的计算方法；最后，对所采用的测试方法，计算方法进行合理评价，分析其利弊。

研究结果表明，不论是传统越野车还是混合动力汽车都已经建立起了相对完善的测试评价技术，但是在混合动力越野车领域，关于混合动力越野车的测试评价技术还是处于空白阶段。所以本文通过研究，创新性的提出了混合动力越野车动力性，经济性以及通过性的测试方法以及评价方法。

本文的特色在于：通过对现有的传统越野车车辆测试评价技术以及混合动力汽车车辆测试评价技术的对比研究，并在其基础上探寻适用于混合动力越野车的测试评价技术，从而制定合理的测试方法及各项性能评价指标的计算方法，并设计针对车辆综合性能评价方法的技术构想。

Abstract

Owing to the good power and space of the ORV, it is becoming more and more popular among consumers. But because of its high fuel consumption and high emission limits, the ORV still has a restriction. But with the advance of technology, hybrid ORV are gradually coming into the view of the consumer. Hybrid ORV not only have good dynamics, but also greatly improve the fuel economy of vehicles. Although most car companies have launched its own hybrid ORV models, But for now, the hybrid off-road vehicle test evaluation technology research is still a blank in the world. A well-established vehicle testing and evaluation technology is very important to a model that is in the development stage.

The main content of this article is based on a hybrid off-road vehicle as the research object, first of all, This article analyzes the test method that tests hybrid cars and off-road vehicle performance both at home and abroad; Second, with the help of automotive test ’s basic knowledge , We can develop a reasonable test method that test the fuel economy, trafficability characteristic and vehicle dynamic quality of the car. And then, Summarize the calculation methods of each index. Finally, the method of testing is evaluated and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.

The research results show that both traditional ORV and hybrid cars have established a relatively perfect test evaluation system, but in the field of hybrid ORV, about hybrid ORV test evaluation technology is still in the blank stage. So this paper, through the research, puts forward the dynamic, economical and the evaluation method of hybrid ORV.

Characteristics of this article is: through the test evaluation of existing traditional ORV vehicle technology and hybrid vehicle test evaluation technologies of comparative study, and based on the search for suitable for hybrid ORV test evaluation technology, to develop reasonable test method and the calculation method of performance evaluation index.

第一章 绪论

1.1 课题研究的背景

进入21世纪以来，全球工业化、城镇化的脚步在一步步的加快，这不仅使世界范围内的资源、能源加速消耗，还对环境造成了不可估量的破坏。因此世界各国要想实现环保绿色发展以及实现各个国内的交通能源战略转型，发展新能源汽车就成为最好的选择。所以尽管当今国际汽车产业迅猛发展，市场竞争日益激烈，各种车型层出不穷，但新能源汽车仍然是汽车行业的“宠儿”。然而要想顺利快速的发展新能源汽车，相应的测试评价技术必不可少。

（1）测试评价是标准的技术支撑

就目前的情况而言，中国相关部门已经发布69项与新能源汽车相关的国家标准，其中重新修订了16项，立项25项，每一项国家标准都几乎涉及到了相关汽车零件或整车性能的测试评价，中汽中心电动汽车测试评价技术创新团队为完成这些国家标准做出了巨大的贡献。在新的汽车产品被推广上市之前往往需要经过一系列的测试评价，在对测试评价结果进行分析之后，可以得到该汽车产品的各项性能的优劣，并以此确定其是否满足市场需求。只有合乎标准的汽车产品才能进入市场，才能为消费者所挑选。

2009年我国正式开始示范推广新能源，到目前为止中国的新能源汽车无论是从数量上还是产品的种类上都已经在全球的范围内处于领先地位，这标志着中国的新能源汽车产业已经成为中国成为汽车强国的又一重要的支撑点。合乎法规标准是产品质量最基本的保障，而标准的形成又依赖于大量的测试评价试验。所以说测试评价的研究对我国标准技术的建立有着十分重要的意义。
