摘 要

技术是指根据生产实践经验和自然科学原理而发展成的各种工艺操作方法和技能。技术的发展是人类发展的产物，反过来也是人类发展的动力。专利保护是指在专利权被授予后，未经专利权人的同意，不得对发明进行商业性制造、使用、许诺销售、销售或者进口，在专利权受到侵害后，专利权人通过协商、请求专利行政部门干预或诉讼的方法保护专利权的行为，它是劳动成果的法律形态 。技术发展作用于专利保护 ,推动专利保护制度的发展 ，专利保护制度反过来也作用于技术的发展 , 合理的专利保护制度也推动着技术的发展。同时，专利会产生有技术含量的产品，会带来各发面的商业价值，专利保护最为直观的效益在于促进技术进步与创新，同时对自主品牌发展也有很大的促进意义。

本文通过运用系统科学理论，查阅与参考有关文献，分别阐述技术发展与专利保护的含义与内容，探究两者间的互动关系，并对专利保护产生的商业价值进行研究，同时，研究了我国汽车自主品牌的发展历程，探讨了知识产权对自主品牌发展的促进意义，提出自己的观点。

Abstract

The development of technology is the product of human development, which in turn is also a driving force for the development of the human.
