摘 要

人造板生产业是我国的刚兴起的新生产业之一，由于人造板生产业工艺本身的特点，人造板产业生产过程必然涉及到易燃、易爆和有毒物质，而且人造板生产企业大型生产设备众多，生产现场条件非常复杂，因此很容易发生重大安全生产事故，所以必须对人造板生产企业进行风险分析工作，本课题的主要内容就是研究适用于人造板生产企业的风险分析方法^[7]。

本文首先分析了先了解人造板的类型、用途以及有关事故案例等；再辨识人造板生产过程中的危险有害因素；然后分析人造板生产工艺流程及主要生产装置；接着对人造板企业开展定性定量风险分析；最后对人造板企业提出系统的风险防控措施。运用了安全检查表法、预先危险性分析法等方法，对生产现场有可能致使事故发生的设备设施等进行危险性分析，找出火灾爆炸、甲醛中毒等事故的可能原因和防护措施。然后运用事故树分析法对人造板生产过程中甲醛中毒进行了分析，总结出了控制甲醛中毒事故发生的系统控制方案。最后从人造板生产企业现有的危险有害因素及电气设施和安全管理方面提出了行之有效的安全对策及措施。目的是减少人造板生产企业安全生产事故发生的几率，从而保障工人的生命安全和企业的安全生产。

Abstract

Wood-based panels production is one of the new industry in China, due to the characteristics of the industry technology itself, the industry production process inevitably involves the inflammable, explosive, toxic substances, and many large-scale production equipment, production site condition is complex, so it's easy to major production safety accidents, so for risk analysis of Wood-based panels production enterprise is a necessary job, this topic is the main content of the research is suitable for the risk analysis method of Wood-based panels production enterprises.

The paper first analyzes the type and use of Wood-based panels and the related accident cases.To identify dangerous and harmful factors in the process of Wood-based panels production;Then analysis of Wood-based panels production process flow and main production equipment;And then to the Wood-based panels enterprise in qualitative quantitative risk analysis; Finally, the Wood-based panels enterprise system of risk prevention and control measures are put forward. Using safety check list method, the methods of danger analysis beforehand, to the production site is likely to cause the accident of facilities such as risk analysis, find out the possible cause of the fire explosion, such as formaldehyde poisoning accident and protective measures. Then use formaldehyde poisoning accident tree analysis method in the process of Wood-based panels production are analyzed, summarized the control system control scheme of the formaldehyde poisoning accident. Finally from the existing dangerous and harmful factors and Wood-based panels production enterprise electrical facilities and safety management effective safety countermeasures and measures are put forward. The purpose is to reduce the chance of Wood-based panels production enterprise production safety accident, so as to safeguard workers' life safety and production safety of the enterprise.
