摘 要
21世纪是科技发展迅速的一个时代,同时老百姓对物质和精神方面的需求也逐渐增加的时代,这些特点能过被表现出来的地方就是城市,城市作为一个国家大部分人口的聚集地,老百姓的需求也是在城市里面体现出来的。如今城建基础设施就是一个城市发展,服务水平的重要标志,基础设施管理和服务涉及多个行业和部门,所以为了城市发展需求需要建立集成的基础设施数据库,实现统一规划和监管、实现数据资料的齐全、统一行业标准,完善共享机制是我国基础设施建设的目标。因为集中存储城市中海量的基础设施数据,有利于城市中各部门之间的数据相互利用,方便社会各层人士对城建基础资料的获取。本文的研究工作主要进行了以下几个方面:
(1)根据城市发展和基础设施数据库的内在要求,从而分析建设城市基础设施数据库的必要性,在此基础上提出城市基础设施的分类及调查,在调查原则的基础上规定调查精度要求及技术流程。
(2)阐述了地理数据库(Geodatebse) 的概述及建库流程。然后对地理数据库的建库进行设计,除此之外还有向地理数据库数据加载,进一步定义地理数据库。
(3)对南京城建基础设施数据库建设,首先阐述南京市城建基础设施的现状及存在的问题。然后阐述内业数据的编辑及处理,编辑及处理内容包括:调查对象的编绘,属性输入,数据转换及数的据加工,之后是南京市城建基础设施数据库建设。

Construction of Nanjing City Construction Infrastructure Database
Abstract
The 21st century is an era of rapid development of science and technology, at the same time, the people's material and spiritual needs are gradually increasing the era, these characteristics can be shown in the place is the city, the city as a country's majority of the population gathering place, the needs of the common people are also reflected in the city. Today's urban construction infrastructure is a city development, service level of an important symbol, infrastructure management and services involving a number of industries and sectors, so for urban development needs to establish an integrated infrastructure database, to achieve unified planning and supervision, the realization of complete data, uniform industry standards, Perfecting the sharing mechanism is the goal of infrastructure construction in China. Because the centralized storage of the city's vast amount of infrastructure data, is conducive to the use of data between the various departments in the city, to facilitate access to the basic information of urban construction by people at all levels of society. The research work of this paper mainly carries out the following aspects:
(1) According to the inherent requirements of the basic urban development and infrastructure database, so as to analyze the necessity of building the urban infrastructure database, on the basis of which the classification and investigation of urban infrastructure are put forward, and the investigation precision requirements and technical flow are stipulated on the basis of the investigation principle. (2) The overview of the Geodatabase and the process of building the database are described. The database is then designed, and in addition to the Geodatabase data is loaded to further define the geodatabase. (3) The construction of Nanjing Urban Construction Infrastructure Database, first elaborated the Nanjing urban construction infrastructure Status quo and the existing problems. Then it expounds the editing and processing of the internal data, and the editing and processing contents include: The compilation of the survey object, the attribute input, the data conversion and the processing of several numbers, followed by the construction of Nanjing City Construction Infrastructure database.
