雨花经济开发区地籍地形图修补测技术设计-民办毕业论文

摘 要

自从改革开放以来,我国社会发展逐渐提升,地籍地形信息、产权开始愈加受到重视,对地籍地形图修补测的技术要求、精度要求也越来越高。地籍、地形图是城市建设、规划和管理的基础,地籍地形图的细节解析要求也更高,要能及时表现出各种地物变化。基于现势性的高要求,符合地籍地形管理要求所需。周期性的地籍地形图修补测、更新就愈加重要。基于城市社会发展的高要求,地籍地形图修补测这一研究课题有很强的现实价值性与科研价值性。

首先,本文通过对地籍地形图修补测方法的研究,分析阐述了几种常规的地籍地形图修补测技术,文中列举了四种方法:距离交会法、支距法、设站法与透绘法,但这些方法不仅消耗了大量的人力和物力,而且还具有很长的工作周期,难以满足建筑规划用图的要求。然后,阐述了数字化地籍地形图修补测技术这一新趋势,利用实时动态(RTK)定位系统修测地形图、数字化测量在地籍、地形图补测修测中的应用。它能直观地反映地形的变化,保持地形图的时效性与现势性。最后,结合雨花台经济开发区地籍地形图修补测的实施现状,总结了地籍地形图修补测技术研究的经验与总结其存在问题与其未来展望。

The cadastral survey topographic repair technical design of

Yuhuatai Economic Development Zone

Abstract

Since the policy of reform and opening to the outside world has been continuously deepened, the cadastral information, property began to be put increasingly attention, requirements for the topographic and cadastral map repair surveying technology and accuracy requirements are also getting higher and higher. Cadastral, topographic map is basic data of today's social development and infrastructure construction, and the topography is becoming higher and higher, higher precision is necessary to be taken, but also has strong timeliness. The topography and various facilities have been fully reflected. In order to get the current trend of terrain map be maintained, to meet the requirements of the construction of social development. Regular repair and repair of topographic maps must be made. Therefore, the method has to be learned because of the important theoretical and practical significance.

The traditional methods of Surveying and repairing of cadastral topographic map are introduced in this paper, which mainly be included the method of distance intersection, branch distance method, design method and drawing method,but also have a long working cycle, the requirements of building plans is hard to be met. Therefore, it summarizes the new method of topographic map revision, and the application of real-time dynamic (RTK) positioning system to the topographic map and digital photogrammetry. It can directly reflect the terrain changes, timely and up-to-date topographic map. Combined with the implementation of cadastral topographic map of Yuhuatai Economic Development Zone, summed up the experience and summary of the cadastral topographic map patch test technology research and its future prospects.
