难选氧化铅、锌矿的浮选工艺研究毕业论文

摘 要
四川某氧化铅锌矿,硫化铅锌矿含量较低,氧化铅易浮,氧化锌与脉石矿物嵌布较细,原矿铅的品位为3.62%、锌的品位为9.20%,采用磨矿细度为-325目占96.74%,铅锌顺序优先浮选工艺流程,闭路试验经过一粗一扫,三次精选优先浮选铅,一粗两扫,两次精选再浮选锌,可以得到铅精矿中Pb品位为51.01%,回收率达到85.74%,锌精矿中Zn品位为35.49%,回收率达到70.69%。
铅粗选部分:碳酸钠作为调整剂,经过实验确定,其最佳用量为150g/t;硫化钠作为活化剂,最佳用量为1500g/t;戊基黄药作为捕收剂,最佳用量为200g/t;2号油作为起泡剂,用量为20g/t;粗选时间为4min。铅精选部分:硫化钠最佳用量为100g/t;戊基黄药最佳用量为40g/t;精选时间为4min。
锌粗选部分:水玻璃作为矿泥分散剂,最佳用量为2000g/t;硫化钠最佳用量为25kg/t;十八胺作为捕收剂,最佳用量为650g/t;2号油最佳用量为100g/t;浮选浓度为24.7%,粗选时间为4min。锌精选中:水玻璃最佳用量为500g/t;硫化钠最佳用量为6kg/t;锌扫Ⅰ、Ⅱ浮选时间分别为5min。

Abstract
According to the mineral properties of Lead-Zinc oxide ore with low sufuration rate and better floatable lead oxide ore in Szechwan.The grade of lead is 3.62% and the grade of zinc is 9.20% in the raw ore.When the feeding grade of -0.054mm is 96.74% and adoptting the preferrential flotation process. One roughing-one scavengings-three cleanings can obtain lead concentrate and one roughing-two scavengings-two cleanings can obtain zinc concentrate in the closed-circuit test. The grade of lead concentrate is 51.01% and lead recovery is 85.75%.While the grade of zinc concentrate is 35.49% and zinc recovery is 70.69%.
In the lead rougher parts,sodium carbonate was used as adjusting agent.after the experiment to determine, optimum amount is 150g/t. sodium sulfide was used as the activating agent, optimal dosage is 1500g/t.amyl xanthate as collector,optimal dosage is 200g/t. No. 2 oil was used as the foaming agent, dosage is 20g/t.roughing time is 4min. Lead part of the selected, the optimum dosage of sodium sulfide is 100g/t. the best dosage of amyl xanthate is 40g/t.selection time is 4min.
In the zinc roughing parts, sodium silicate was used as slime dispersant, optimum amount is 2kg/t.the best dosage of sodium sulfide is 25kg/t.Octadecyl Amine was used as collectors, optimal dosage is 650g/t.the best dosage of No. 2 oil is 100g/t.flotation concentration was 24.7%. roughing time is 4min. In zinc concentration, sodium silicate of optimum dosage of 500g/t. the best dosage of sodium sulfide is 6kg/t.The time of zinc scan I and II flotation is about 5min.
