摘 要
多孔钛及其多孔合金不但继承了钛的致密性和较为良好的物理化学特性,如良好的耐蚀性,还继承了多孔泡沫金属的低密度、高的比表面积等特性。利用电化学腐蚀的方法可以制备出具有良好综合性能的多孔钛,这种多孔钛可以应用于很多领域,既可作为结构性材料,也可作为功能性材料,具有广阔的应用前景。这种方法制备出来的多孔钛的纳米氧化膜具有生物活性且与基体的结合能力较强、孔分布整齐。本文简述了多孔钛的常用的制备方法及多孔钛的应用,比较了不同方案的优缺点,采用电化学腐蚀的实验方法,比较了不同腐蚀电解液及加入不同缓蚀剂对样品腐蚀特征的影响,采用一步法实验、两步法实验,借助扫描电镜、失重量测试来确定最优的工艺。实验结果表明两步法实验较一步法实验制备的多孔钛效果更优,最佳工艺:发孔腐蚀中发孔液为:20%草酸,腐蚀温度:90℃,腐蚀时间:1h;扩孔腐蚀中扩孔液为:50g/L HCl 30g/L HF 10g/L NH4F 1.0g/L 2-巯基苯并咪唑,腐蚀温度:40℃,电流密度:0.15A/cm2,腐蚀时间:10min。

Research on electrolytic preparation technology of porous titanium
Abstract
Porous titanium and its porous alloy not only inherited the compactness and relatively good physical and chemical properties of titanium, such as good corrosion resistance, but also inherited the low density, high specific surface area and other characteristics of porous metal foam.Porous titanium with good comprehensive performance can be prepared by means of electrochemical etching. This porous titanium can be used in many fields, and it can be used as a structural material as well as a functional material, and has a wide application prospect.The porous titanium nano oxide film prepared by this method is biologically active and has strong binding ability with the matrix and well-distributed pores.This article briefly describes the common preparation methods of porous titanium and the application of porous titanium, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different solutions.In this paper, the electrochemical corrosion experiment method was used to compare the effects of different corrosion electrolytes and different corrosion inhibitors on the corrosion characteristics of the samples.The primary corrosion and secondary corrosion methods are used to determine the optimum process by means of scanning electron microscopy and weight loss tests. The experimental results show that the two step method is better than the one step method. The best process: the hole in the pitting corrosion is 20% oxalic acid, the corrosion temperature is 90 C, the corrosion time is 1h;The reaming corrosion of reaming corrosion is 50g/L HCl 30g/L HF 10g/L NH4F 1.0g/L 2- mercapto benzimidazole, corrosion temperature: 40 C, current density: 0.15A/cm2, corrosion time: 10min.
