摘 要
现如今,传统的直流调速技术已经被新型的矢量控制技术所取代,无论是其性能,还是运行的平稳度等,都已经无法与新型的矢量控制技术相比较,而这种新技术的兴起将进一步刺激了交流调试的高速升级与创新。在这一过程中,农业以及工业制造中逐渐出现了异步电机的身影,经分析得出,这种异步电机正是由于其成本低、易操作等特点才被大量使用。因此在此次研究过程中,将主要围绕这种新型的矢量控制技术来展开研究,并且是在定子磁场作用下来进行分析的,然后结合分析结果构建了定向的异步电机矢量控制结构,主要对电压型观测器展开了研究。
第一,结合定子磁场定向作用下的电机运动模型展开了研究,然后逐个对电流环和磁链环以耦合性为目标展开了剖析与梳理,建立了基于模块的仿真平台,最后利用相关工具和公式对模型的耦合性加以论证和检验,从而得出了最终的控制环参数。
第二,对Holtz型磁链观测器进行了剖析,该设备最大的特点就是低速性较强。结合线性化理论构建了对应的小信号模型,其目的就是为了最终的监测数据的实时性与平稳性提供保障,最终来进一步得出准确的系数与动态间的关联和影响。最后在这一步的前提下,对通过观测其输入存在异常的系数对整体磁场所产生影响的数据进行分析和总结,明确具体的影响程度和水平。
最后,基于此次研究之后所得出的仿真结果与对数据进行处理对比的基础上,分析得到了定子磁场定向下电压型磁链观测器中,反馈系数对磁链观测结果的影响,并对全文分析与设计的内容进行了总结,并对更多及更深层次的内容提出了展望。

Research on vector control technology of induction motor based on stator field orientation
Abstract
The emergence of vector control technology has completely broken the monopoly of DC speed control field of speed change system, and led to the rapid development of AC speed control. In this research process, we will mainly focus on this new vector control technology, and analyze it under the stator magnetic field. The vector control structure of induction motor based on stator field orientation is established, and the voltage type observer is analyzed and studied.
First of all, the dynamic mathematical model of induction motor under stator field orientation is analyzed. Under stator field orientation, the current loop and flux loop are analyzed and designed respectively, and a simulation platform based on the module is established. The designed control loop is verified on the simulation platform, and the paramaters of the control loop are determined.
Secondly, the Holtz flux observer is analyzed. The biggest characteristic of this equipment is its low speed. According to the linearization theory, we can see the corresponding small signal model, whose purpose is to provide guarantee for the real-time and stability of the final monitoring data, and finally to further obtain the accurate correlation and influence between the coefficient and the dynamic. Finally, on the premise of this step, the data of the influence of the input coefficients with abnormal input on the overall magnetic field are analyzed and summarized, and the specific influence degree and level are defined.
Finally, based on the simulation results and data obtained after this study, the influence of the feedback coefficient on the flux observation results in the stator flux oriented voltage type flux observer is analyzed, and the contents of the full text analysis and design are summarized, and more and deeper contents are prospected.
