内置永磁电机全阶磁链观测器分析设计研究毕业论文

摘 要
内置式永磁同步电机自身具备诸多的优点,它具有较轻的重量,内部构造相对于其他电机比较简单,损耗功率也相对不高,以及工作功率和其他类型相比要高等等,但抛去永磁同步电机自己所具备的优点之外,对其电机控制系统进行分析,发现在温度较高或者电流较大的条件下,永磁同步电机内的电机永磁体会发生一定的失磁现象,且失磁现象为不可逆,这样就使得电机处于空载时,电流极具下降,电机自身性能发生一定的退化,最后会使得电机机能的损害,降低了电机自身的工作效率,以及工作的可靠性。在选择的实际应用中为了让永磁体失磁的损害减小,进而减小由此带来的经济等各方面损失,我们一定要对永磁同步电机的永磁体进行磁链观测,减少由于电机自身永磁体失磁而形成的多余维护成本。
本文主要研究针对于对永磁同步电机的磁链信息进行了比较完整的在线观测。文章最开始讲述了永磁同步电机的永磁体磁链观测现状,讨论当前的国内外对此的研究,分析了永磁同步电机的分类以及它的结构组成成分,并讲述了多向坐标原理,重点分析了永磁同步电机的数学建模和坐标轴变换等。然后着重讲述了对永磁同步电机的永磁磁链精确地在线观测的目的。
在建立了永磁电机全阶磁链观测器的模型时,对于反馈矩阵的设计,稳定性和收敛性进行详细的阐述,接着对内置永磁电机定子电阻的敏感性进行分析,定子电阻容易在低速影响观测性能还有在低速时电阻变化对磁链观测精度的影响。
仿真时我们建立了一个能够实时提供永磁链信息的运行系统,并在MATLAB软件中进行仿真测试。最后设计的仿真结果验证了所建立的数学模型和应用到的算法,均具备一定的可行性,并给出了实际实验平台设计,并针对仿真结果进行了进一步的理论分析。

Analysis and Design of Full Order Flux Observer for Built-in Permanent Magnet Motor
Abstract

In this paper, the magnetic linkage information of permanent magnet synchronous motor is observed on line. At the beginning of this paper, the observation status of permanent magnet flux linkage of permanent magnet synchronous motor is described, the current domestic and foreign research on it is discussed, the classification of permanent magnet synchronous motor and its structure and composition are analyzed, and the principle of multi-direction coordinate is described. The mathematical modeling and coordinate axis transformation of permanent magnet synchronous motor are emphatically analyzed. Then the aim of on-line observation of the permanent magnet flux linkage of PMSM is emphasized.
In permanent magnet motor is established full order flux observer of the model, to the design of the feedback matrix, stability and convergence in detail, and then to analyze the sensitivity of the built-in permanent magnet motor stator resistance, the stator resistance is influenced in low-speed observation and performance at low speeds resistance change on the accuracy of flux observation.
During the simulation, we established an operation system that can provide the information of permanent magnet chain in real time, and built a simulation model in MATLAB software to conduct dynamic simulation of the system. The simulation results of the final design verify the feasibility of the mathematical model and the algorithm involved, and give the design of the actual experimental platform, and further theoretical analysis of the simulation results.
