摘 要
在最近的这几年,LED广泛的被人们关注,因为其相对普通的灯泡而言具有寿命长、体积小、节约能源、保护环境等优点,而且其可以广泛用于各种场合,如公司、酒店、KTV、工厂等,而且因为其能量消耗低,所以一般还可以做成以太阳能为电源的LED灯,这种产品因为能够自给电能,不需要连接电源,所以在少电的场所能够大量投入利用。对于普通的LED灯而言,其不能够像普通的灯泡那样直接接上220V或者110V单相交流电就能使用,它所使用的电源一般是低的电压且直流,但是在我们的日常生活中,220V交流市电是主要的电能来源,所以需要设计能够使其正常工作的转换电源,这即是LED开关电源的由来。
本论文就是对LED开关电源进行系统的分析与设计,首先介绍LED的特性和其开关电源的工作原理以及LED开关电源的国内外研究情况,并且确定本次设计的主要工作,其次设定LED开关电源的主体结构,并依次分析设计各部分电路的原理与结构。因为其输出电压为20V,输出功率仅有80W,因此在设计中采用了反激电路为主体电路,并加入了电流控制型脉宽调制芯片为控制芯片,以它为主体并加上其他的电路元件来设计控制电路的拓扑结构,后再添加整流电路、滤波电路、反馈电路,最终设计出总的拓扑结构,并用SIMetrix/SIMPLIS软件进行总图的绘制与仿真,并且不断改善元件的参数来调试出正确的波形图。

Abstract
In recent years, LED have attracted wide attention, because they have the advantages of long life, low energy consumption, small volume, environmental protection and so on, compared with ordinary incandescent lamps,And it can be widely used in a variety of occasions, such as companies, hotels, KTVs, factories and so on, and because of its low energy consumption, it can also be made into solar-powered LED lamps, which can be used in remote mountain areas. A place where there is little electricity and no electricity in the wild.But it can't be connected directly to 220V AC electricity like an ordinary incandescent lamp,It usually connects the low voltage DC power supply, but in our daily life, 220V AC city electricity is the main source of power, so it is necessary to design the conversion power that can make it work normally. This is the origin of the LED switching power supply.
This thesis is the systematic analysis and design of LED switching power supply. Firstly, it introduces the characteristics of LED, the working principle of its switching power supply and the domestic and foreign research situation of LED switching power supply, and determines the main work of this design,Secondly, the main structure of LED switching power supply is set, and the principle and structure of each part of the circuit are analyzed and designed in turn.,Therefore, the flyback circuit is used as the main circuit in the design, and the current-controlled pulse width modulation chip is added as the control chip,It's the main component and plus other circuit elements to design control circuits topology,Then add the rectifier circuit, filter circuit and feed back circuit, and finally design the total topology,Drawing and Simulation of General Diagram with SIMetrix/SIMPLIS Software,And constantly improve the parameters of the component to debug the correct waveform diagram.
