电力市场中节点输电电价定价方法研究毕业论文

摘 要
我国当前的输电市场相比于发电市场更加不成熟的,虽然进入了高速发展期,但还有很多根本性问题亟待解决。在此背景下,制定符合市场规律的输电电价在电力市场的改革中有着举足轻重的地位。当前,国内外对于输电电价的理论研究有很多,国外许多国家有着适合于自己的一套成熟的输电电价定价方案,但是这些方案各有利弊,在我国能否适用还需结合实际情况加以验证。本文就这些问题做了如下工作:
(1)采用了输电定价基本方法,以此为基础结合输电服务方式研究了电力市场中节点输电定价的问题,设计了一套适合我国当前情况的两部制节点输电电价策划方案,得出了该方法算得的输电电价能使输电公司收入更加稳定的结论,通过采用该方案在我国西电东送地区进行实际的计算分析,证明了有效性。
(2)本文研究了线路的阻塞问题,得出了优化模型能给市场成员正确经济信号的结论,结合算例证明了有效性。
本论文为两部制节点输电在我国应用奠定了重要的理论和技术基础。论文有助于改善我国电力市场中输电环节的薄弱之处,有助于将来在我国电力市场中进行阻塞问题的研究,对我国电力市场的发展有积极的意义。

Research on Node Transmission Pricing Method in Electricity Market
Abstract
The current transmission market in our country is more immature than the power generation market. Although it has entered a period of rapid development, there are still many fundamental issues that need to be resolved. In this context, the establishment of transmission tariffs in line with market laws has a pivotal position in the reform of the electricity market. At present, there are many theoretical studies on transmission tariff at home and abroad. Many foreign countries have a mature transmission pricing scheme that is suitable for them. However, these schemes have their own advantages and disadvantages, and their application in China needs to be verified with actual conditions.
(1)Based on the basic method of transmission pricing, the issue of node transmission pricing in the electricity market was studied based on the transmission service approach. A set of two-node node transmission tariff planning scheme suited to the current situation in China was designed and obtained. The conclusion that the power transmission price of the transmission company can make the income of the transmission company more stable can be proved by the actual calculation and analysis in the area of transmission from the west to the east of China.
(2) This paper studies the problem of line congestion and concludes that the optimization model can give market members a correct economic signal. The effectiveness of this model is illustrated by a combination of examples.
This thesis lays an important theoretical and technical foundation for the application of two-part node transmission in our country. The dissertation will help to improve the weak points of the transmission link in China's power market, and help to study the blocking problem in China's power market in the future, which has positive significance for the development of China's power market.
