异步电机效率优化控制策略研究毕业论文

摘 要

如今全球范围内将电能变换成机械能一般都是利用电动机来做到的。早在2010年底,中国各类电动机总装机容量已达到6.5亿kW,预计到2020年,总装机容量将达到10年的7倍。因此异步电机节能减排的重要性越来越明显了。方式虽然保证良好的响应效果,但是电机在偏离额定负载的工况下运行时功率因数还是不够高,有的时候甚至会经常出现小于额定负载较多的这种情形会浪费大量的能源。因此本文在总结国内外的研究与应用现状的基础上,以展开研究。

以的基本理论为出发点,先从异步电动机简单地数学模型入手,建立一个不考虑铁损的电机仿真模型。再以简单的模型为基础,研究研究带铁损的异步电动机的数学动态模型。并且针对电机的各项输入输出进行坐标的变换。详尽分析的各种损耗,并重点分析了异步电机的可控损耗,据此建立了旋转坐标系下,为后文的进一步工作提供理论工具。

在仿真带铁耗的异步电机模型的基础上,以异步电机运行时效率最高为目标,此时就是异步电机可控损耗为最小的时候,研习了的,并且针对在转速、转矩的不同情况下进行了详尽的分析比较。并将它与进行比较,结果显示对效率控制提升效果明显。

Research on Efficiency Optimization strategy for

Asynchronous Motor

ABSTRACT

In today's world, the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy is basically achieved through the motor. By the end of 2010, China's total installed capacity of various types of motors about 650 million kW, is expected by 2020, China's motor installed capacity will reach 4.5 billion kW or so. So the importance of energy-saving emission reduction asynchronous motor more and more obvious. Although the traditional flux linkage control method to ensure good response to the effect, but the motor in the non-rated load conditions, the power factor is still not high enough, and sometimes even often in the case of light load, which will waste a lot of energy. Therefore, based on the research and application of the optimization strategy of asynchronous motor efficiency optimization at home and abroad, this paper studies the efficiency control strategy of the loss model.

In this paper, the basic theory of asynchronous motor vector control as the starting point, in order to simply digital optimization of asynchronous motor efficiency control strategy, based on the traditional neglect of the mathematical model of iron consumption, study the establishment of asynchronous motor two-phase static coordinate system to consider the mathematical model of iron loss The The loss of the asynchronous motor is analyzed in detail, and the controllable loss of the induction motor is analyzed emphatically. Based on this, the motor loss model in the rotating coordinate system is established, which provides the theoretical tool for the further work.

On the basis of the previous work, the flux linkage optimization instruction of the efficiency control strategy of the loss model is studied with the aim of controlling the minimum loss of controllable loss, and the detailed analysis is carried out under different conditions of speed and torque. And compared with the traditional flux linkage control method, the results show that the method used in this article to enhance the effect is obvious.
