摘 要
峰谷时段划分是电力需求管理中的一项关键的措施,分时电价得到了非常广泛的应用。同时伴随着经济的周期性波动,和产业结构的变化,同时电力供求关系也在频繁的改变,电力用户对峰谷分时电价响应也在反复。到如今,我国各省市都已经开始在用户中大量推行峰谷分时电价。分时电价作为需求管理的一种关键手段,以此同时有很大必要性根据需求响应情况,对正在执行的峰谷分时电价建立起一个动态调整的机制,以快速高效地发挥其引导作用,以此来提高电力资源的利用效率,节约能源的使用。
本文根据峰谷分时电价的时段划分问题,在过去传统的峰谷时段的模糊隶属函数的基础上,对电力用户需求响应进行相应的评估,同时使用聚类算法峰值时段分模型。在本文中,首先对基于需求响应曲线峰谷分时电价的结构进行了分析,建立峰谷分时电价的用户响应,对用户需求的响应之下的曲线结构进行分析,与此同时,充分考虑响应度属性,使用模糊聚类方法建立了峰谷分时电价时段划分模型,而在最后论文在对一个地区的实例进行了分析,表明所建立的模型划分时分,可以很好的处理的用户执行峰谷分时电价的需求反应,提高了时段划分的科学性。

Peak and Valley Periods Division Based on Demand Response
Abstract
As the power demand side management - a kind of important measures, has been widely used to price.As the economic cyclical fluctuations, the adjustment of industrial structure, and power supply and demand situation changes frequently, power users on the dynamic characteristics of response to price increase.To 2003, the various provinces and cities have generally start on the user side push. TOU priceTime-sharing electricity as an important means of demand side management, it is necessary according to the demand response, to has been performed to establish TOU price - a dynamic adjustment mechanism, as well as when, effectively play to the role of the time-sharing electricity price mechanism to guide the power consumption, and improve the efficiency of electric power resource allocation and the social benefit of electricity.
In this paper, according to the division of TOU price time problem, in the past the traditional peak GuShiDuan, on the basis of fuzzy membership function, corresponding evaluation, carried out for the users' demand response peak points model at the same time using the clustering algorithm.In this article, first of all, based on demand response curves of the TOU price structure was analyzed, and establish the user response of TOU price, structure of user demand under the response curve is analyzed, at the same time, fully consider the responsivity attributes, using fuzzy clustering method to establish the time division TOU price model, and in the final paper on instances of a region is analyzed, indicates that the established model partitioning, can very good deal with users of the execution of TOU price demand response, improve the science of time division.
