配电网线损考核指标及降损策略研究

摘 要
随着现代社会技术水平的发展,电能已然成为一类不可或缺的重要能源,它与各行各业的发展都息息相关。线损率是电力行业常用的一项综合性的技术经济指标,能够体现出电能的利用率高低及电力行业的运行水平。减少线损,不仅节约了能源,还提高了电力传输的效率,从而大幅度地增加电力企业的综合效益,因此降损成为了电力企业在设计与规划配电网运行时重点研究的内容之一。这需要从业人员在准确地计算理论线损的同时,用合理的方法统计出实际线损,通过比较和分析制定出合适的线损考核指标并采取有效的降损措施来解决诸多实际问题。
本文将结合配电网系统的线损实际情况分析研究线损的考核指标,并进一步探讨降低线损的相关策略。从线损及线损管理工作特点的角度出发,本文在线损考核指标及降损策略研究方面作了以下工作:
(1) 根据目前电力行业实际情况,分析配电网线损的影响因素;
(2) 分析线损率指标的经济性和合理性,通过线损理论计算和降损策略分析,在考虑到综合技术因素、经济因素和外在因素等各类条件的前提下,找出相应的合理且有实际效果的降损措施,同时保证降损措施的合理性与可行性。

Abstract
With the development of the technological level of modern society, electric energy has become an indispensable and important energy source, which is closely related to the development of various industries. The line loss rate is a comprehensive technical and economic indicator commonly used in the power industry, which can reflect the utilization rate of electrical energy and the operating level of the power industry. Reducing line loss not only saves energy, but also improves the efficiency of power transmission, thereby greatly increasing the comprehensive benefits of power companies. Therefore, loss reduction has become one of the key research topics for power companies when designing and planning distribution network operations. This requires practitioners to accurately calculate the theoretical line loss, at the same time, use a reasonable method to calculate the actual line loss, through comparison and analysis to formulate a suitable line loss assessment index and take effective loss reduction measures to solve many practical problems.
This article will analyze and study the evaluation indicators of the line loss in combination with the actual situation of the line loss of the distribution network system, and further discuss the strategies for reducing the line loss. In view of the characteristics of line loss and line loss management, the following work has been done on the research of online loss assessment indicators and loss reduction strategies:
(1) According to the actual situation of the current power industry, analyze the influencing factors of the distribution network line loss.
(2) Analyze the economics and rationality of the line loss rate index, and through the calculation of line loss theory and analysis of loss reduction strategies, on the premise of considering various technical factors, economic factors and external factors, and find out the corresponding Reasonable and practical effect of loss reduction measures, while ensuring the reasonableness and feasibility of loss reduction measures.

随着现代社会技术水平的发展,电能已然成为一类不可或缺的重要能源,它与各行各业的发展都息息相关。在配电网中,电能通过输电线路传输而产生的能量损耗,简称线损。线损的大小能够有效衡量电能运输的整个过程中各个环节产生的能量损失。线损与配电网电能总供应量的比值参数称为线损率,线损率是电力行业常用的一项综合性的技术与经济指标,能够体现出电能的利用率高低及电力行业的运行水平。减少线损,不仅节约了能源,还提高了电力传输的效率,从而大幅度增加电力企业的综合效益,因此也成为了电力行业各部门在设计与规划配电网运行工作时重点研究的内容之一。
降低线损在电力行业具有十分重要的意义,集中体现在以下方面:
- 减少电网线损的同时,可为国家节省对发电设备及电力线路各类设施投入的容量成本;
- 减少能源的损耗即可节约发电过程所需的自然原料,即节约能源;
(3) 电能使用效率的提高也就意味着社会效益的提高;
