基于plc的智能电梯控制系统设计

摘 要

随着中国经济的不断发展,高层建筑日益增多,电梯在我们日常生活中越来越重要,因此人们对电梯的智能需要也越来越高。本文设计了一种基于PLC的智能电梯控制系统,该系统能够实现电梯的开关门、楼层信号的产生与消除、选层与控制等功能。本文根据电梯所要实现的功能及相关I/O口的估算上,选用了西门子(s7-200)PLC作为主要控制系统软件,在介绍电梯的定义和分析电梯的工作原理的基础上,研究了电梯的硬件和软件设计,并设计了电梯曳引机及门电路电路图。在软件设计方面,本文给出了电梯各个运行过程的流程图以及梯形图,并具体分析了梯形图中各个控制程序的实现,论文给出了三层智能电梯的软硬件设计方法及过程,并在s7-200仿真软件下实现了系统的仿真。

ABSTRACT:With the continuous development of China"s economy and the increasing number of high-rise buildings, elevators are becoming more and more important in our daily life.In this paper, an intelligent elevator control system based on PLC is designed. This system can realize the function of elevator switch gate, floor signal generation and elimination, layer selection and control. In this paper, based on the function of elevator and the estimation of related I/O port, SIEMENS (S7-200) PLC is selected as the main control system software. On the basis of introducing the definition of elevator and analyzing the working principle of elevator, the hardware and software design of elevator are studied, and the circuit diagram of elevator tractor and door circuit is designed. In the aspect of software design, this paper gives the flow chart and ladder diagram of each operation process of the elevator, and analyzes the realization of each control program in the ladder diagram. The paper gives the design method and process of the hardware and software of three layers of intelligent elevators, and the simulation of the system is realized under the software of Kingview monitoring.
