基于单片机的瓦斯浓度测量仪

摘 要

随着工业的迅速发展,燃气瓦斯的检测技术在各个产业得到了广泛的应用,尤其是在炼金、工业、矿业等产业上。因此,如今对于瓦斯等燃气的监控和预报是一项具有重要现实意义的技术。但是,在现实生活中,因为环境的错综复杂,导致线路铺设难度较大,这对于气体监控技术的落实造成了一定的阻碍,从而增加了事故发生的概率。为了克服这一困难,本文采用了STC89C52单片机并且进行相应设计,制作出一个基于单片机的瓦斯浓度检测装置。

本次设计采用的两块STC89C52单片机作为整个系统的主机和从机,通过ZigBee技术来实现主机和从机之间的通信和数据传输。传感器选择的是对瓦斯等燃气具有高敏感性的气敏电阻传感器TGS 183,通过TLC2543A/D转换器把模拟量信号转化为数字信号发送给从机。但TGS 183传感器受温度的影响较大,为了克服TGS 183受温度影响的误差,加入了以数字温度传感器DS18B20作为核心的温度补偿电路,从而对测试数据进行修正。在浓度显示方面选用了LCD1602液晶显示屏。同时,本次设计中还加入了蜂鸣器作为报警器,当主机发现瓦斯浓度超标时,会立刻发出信号,使蜂鸣器工作,达到了预警的作用。

本次设计了一个瓦斯浓度监控装置,同时也具备了预警的作用。同时为了解决许多复杂环境下的安装问题而加入了ZigBee无线传输装置。

Abstract: With the development of industry, gas gas detection has been greatly applied in the society, especially in the industries of gold, industry, mining and other industries. Therefore, the monitoring and prediction of gas and other gas has become a necessary technology. However, in real life, the environment is complicated and the line laying is difficult, which makes a certain impact on gas gas monitoring and gas monitoring, increasing the probability of accident and causing accident. In order to overcome this difficulty, this paper adopts STC89C52 microcontroller and designs, and completes a gas detection device.

The two STC89C52 chip microcomputer used in this design is used as the host and slave of the whole system, and the communication and signal transmission between the host and the slave are realized through the ZigBee technology. The sensor selects the gas sensitive resistance sensor TGS 183, which has Gao Min sensibility for gas and gas. The analog signal is converted to digital signal to the slave through the TLC2543A/D converter. However, TGS 183 has a certain sensitivity to temperature. In order to overcome the temperature influence of TGS 183, the temperature compensation circuit with digital temperature sensor DS18B20 as the core is added to correct the test data. LCD1602 LCD is used for concentration display. At the same time, in order to achieve the effect of timely warning, the design also added the buzzer as an alarm, when the main engine found that the gas concentration exceeded the standard, the signal will be sent immediately to make the buzzer work.

The design of a gas concentration monitoring device, but also has the role of early warning. At the same time, in order to solve the installation problems in many complex environments, ZigBee wireless transmission device is added.
