摘 要

在现在经济高速发展的时代，人们的生活水平得到逐步的提高，因此对生活各个方面的要求也提高不少。由此而来的是建筑环境格局的改变，由单一的提供工作场所，休息场所或学习场所转变为能提供各种先进综合技术的场所。这样的智能化的新型建筑能为人们提供更高效、更安全、更节能环保、更健康的生活环境；酒店等公共建筑的智能化得以衍生，这是科学技术的进步、信息通讯技术的发展和社会经济的增长。人们对建筑环境有了更高的要求是经济快速发展的体现，建筑的智能化在如今已经成为普通群众和建筑师们所必须追求的；这是讲人文、社会、自然相结合的一项高度精密的体系，智能化的建筑将会是未来建筑的引领潮流。

在此基础之上，酒店的智能化设计也成为智能化设计中重要的一环。人们对外出停留的住所和聚餐的场所也就是酒店的环境变得有些挑剔，酒店方面也想为人们们提供高效、安全、舒适的居住环境，双方的共识由此而达成，为此酒店的智能化设计将是维持双方好感的重要基础。

Abstract

In today's era of rapid economic development, people's living standards have been gradually improved, so the requirements of all aspects of life is also improved a lot. Thus, the change of building environment pattern is changed from a single work place, a resting place or a learning place to a place which can provide all kinds of advanced technology. This intelligent model construction can provide a more efficient, safer, more energy saving and environmental protection, healthy environment for people to live; intelligent hotels, and other public buildings can be derived. This is science and technology progress, information and communication technology development and social economic growth. People of the built environment have higher requirements is reflected in the rapid economic development, the intelligent building in today has become the ordinary people and architects must pursue; this is human, society and nature, a combination of a highly sophisticated system, intelligent building will be building the future leading the trend.

On this basis, the hotel's intelligent design has become an important part of intelligent design. People to go out to stay home and have dinner place also is hotel environment become some picky, the hotel is also for people who provide efficient, safe and comfortable living environment, the consensus of both sides thus reached. Therefore the intelligent design of the hotel will be important basis for maintenance of both good sense.

第一章 绪论

1.1工程概述及设计内容

本次的设计对象为江苏都梁大厦，工程电气设计包含了火灾自动报警系统、综合布线系统、智能化系统和能量监控系统。本工程为22层公共建筑，总面积为19355 m²，楼层高度79.5m。一层为科技服务大厅、产品展示厅、厨房等。二层为职工活动室、职工食堂、报告厅等。三~二十层为办公室。依此进行该大厦的电气弱电设计：

(1) 火灾自动报警系统：系统的组成；系统内探测器和报警器设备的选型和布置；火灾自动报警与消防联动控制；线路敷设方式等。
