摘 要
本设计主要参照了相关现行国家规范、设计标准、图例以及其他专业图纸等,重点在于对各个子系统的具体分析。对于研发楼这一功能的建筑,应当区分安全防范和信息点布置在不同区域的主次轻重,将设计重点放在公共区域以及重要房间的监控与管理上。
本文分为六章,除序论外分别介绍了所有子系统的系统拓扑结构选择及其原因、线缆设备的选择与统计、方案比较选择与分析等内容。其中,、554个数据信息点(其中10个用作网络电视布置用信息点),而电视系统采用网络传输的方式,;系统,,总计涵盖了416个探测器、48个声光报警器、48个消火栓按钮、49个;包含了系统与,总计涵盖了157个彩色摄像头和41个门禁;会议系统通过设置主机电脑作为控制中心实现对各类设备进行有效的管理控制;建筑设备管理系统则主要通过对暖通设备与给排水设备(包括新风机组、生活水泵等)的集中管理实现对研发楼环境的优化。

Abstract
This design is based on current national codes, design standards, legends and other professional drawings, and focuses on the specific analysis of each subsystem. For this function of the R amp; D building, we should distinguish the priority of security and information points in different areas, and focus the design on the monitoring and management of public areas and important rooms.
This paper is divided into six chapters, in addition to the preamble of all subsystems are introduced to the system topology selection and its causes, the selection of cable equipment and statistics, scheme comparison selection and analysis and other content. The comprehensive wiring system adopts a star topology structure, covering a total of 569 voice information points and 554 data information points (10 of which are used as information points for network TV layout), while the TV system adopts network transmission, with one information point for network TV layout on each floor; the automatic fire alarm system adopts a centralized alarm system, which is used between the fire control room and the equipment on the ground floor, covering a total of 416 detectors, 48 acoustic and optical alarms, 48 fire hydrant buttons, 49 manual alarm buttons and other equipment; the security system includes the specific design of access control system and video surveillance system, covering a total of 157 color cameras and 41 access control; the conference system realizes effective management and control of various equipment by setting the mainframe computer as the control center; the building equipment management system optimizes the environment of the Ramp;D building mainly through centralized management of HVAC equipment and water supply and drainage equipment (including fresh air units and domestic pumps).
