摘 要

随着现代企业的飞速发展，作为各个企业配套的职工宿舍区的建设和设计也纷至沓来。本设计根据建筑电气设计原则、方法以及各种规范对企业宿舍楼进行电气设计，营造舒适、安全的宿舍住宿环境。

该设计选题属于实际工程宿舍区设计，为贵阳中盟磷业有限公司总部基地项目——职工宿舍。该宿舍区地上四层，总建筑面积为3030.98平方米，建筑高度为20.2米。 本工程由室外变配电所用电力电缆埋地引入，采用三相四线制供电，220/380V配电。

本设计的主要内容包括照明，有线电视，火灾报警，防雷接地，综合布线以及插座等系统的设计。成果包含强弱电系统设计以及相关计算书。

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern enterprises, the construction and design of the staff quarters as supporting enterprises have also come. The design is based on the electrical design principles, methods and various specifications of the building to electrically design the corporate dormitory to create a comfortable and safe dormitory accommodation environment.

The design topic belongs to the actual engineering dormitory area design, which is the headquarters of Guiyang Zhongmeng Phosphorus Co., Ltd. - staff quarters. The dormitory area has four floors above ground, with a total construction area of 3030.98 square meters and a building height of 20.2 meters. This project is buried by the power cable used in the outdoor power distribution and distribution. It is powered by three-phase four-wire system and 220/380V power distribution.

The main contents of this design include lighting, cable TV, fire alarm, lightning protection grounding, integrated wiring and socket design. The results include the design of strong and weak current systems and related calculations.
