摘 要

建筑电气与智能化是一门看似新兴实则历史悠久的多元化的专业学科,它以研究电能跟电气设备还有电气技术为途径,实现了创造并且改善建筑内空间的光、声、热、电等等环境。近年来,现代建筑逐渐兴起并快速发展,造就了建筑电气行业繁荣与进步,建筑电气已经不再只是传统的建筑照明设计、供配电设计、防雷接地设计等等,它正逐步发展成凭借各种近现代科学理论为基础,并且在建筑工程方面受到广泛运用,还在逐渐凭借新兴的物理和数学知识,结合电子计算机技术朝着综合应用的方向发展,致力于提高人的生活质量。本次设计即是在建筑电气理论的基础上对一工业厂房车间进行的电气设计。在运用了传统的基本设计理念的同时,也一一遵循了最新的设计规范和标准。

概括地讲,建筑电气设计的内容大致可以分为两大部分:一部分是强电系统的设计,即照明和动力系统,;第二部分是弱电系统的设计,即通信和自动化系统。第一部分包括了供配电、照明、防雷、接地、建筑设备控制等,大都是传统的设计内容,随着建筑现代化程度的逐步提高还有建筑向高空发展的趋势,对建筑设备的控制要求也来越高,内容也越来越复杂。第二部分则包含了电视、电话、空调自控、广播系统、计算机网络系统、火灾自动报警系统、机电设备自控等等。除开电视电话及广播系统是传统的设计内容外,其他都是新增的内容。随着经济和技术的飞速发展,“强电”系统和“弱电”系统的联系越来越紧密,建筑电气设计的内容越来越多、技术越来越新。作为一个建筑电气设计者,在拥有扎实的基本专业理论的同时,还应该要随时注意新工艺、新技术、新设备的出现,以便应用在工程设计当中。本次设计针对工业厂房车间建筑的具体情况和相关需要,设计了建筑的照明系统、火灾自动报警系统、防雷接地系统等。

Electrical Design of Workshop 1 in Cangxia Block of Wuxi Xinghai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Abstract

Architectural Electricity and Intelligence is a seemingly new but long-standing and diversified professional discipline. It takes the study of electric energy and electrical equipment and electrical technology as a way to create and improve the light, sound, heat, electricity and other environment of the building interior space. In recent years, modern architecture has gradually risen and developed rapidly, which has brought about the prosperity and progress of building electrical industry. It is gradually developing to rely on various modern scientific theories, and has been widely used in building engineering. It is also gradually relying on new things. Physical and mathematical knowledge, combined with electronic computer technology, is developing towards the direction of comprehensive application, and is committed to improving people's quality of life. This design is the electrical design of an industrial workshop on the basis of building electrical theory. While using the traditional basic design concepts, they also follow the latest design norms and standards.

Generally speaking, the content of building electrical design can be roughly divided into two parts: one is the design of strong electric system, namely lighting and power system; the other is the design of weak electric system, namely communication and automation system. Most of them are traditional design contents. With the gradual improvement of building modernization and the trend of building development towards high altitude, the control requirements of building equipment are higher and more complex. The second part includes TV, telephone, air conditioning automatic control, broadcasting system, computer network system, automatic fire alarm system, mechanical and electrical equipment automatic control and so on. Apart from the traditional design of television, telephone and broadcasting systems, all of them are new,and the content of building electrical design is getting more and more, and the technology is getting newer and newer. As a building electrical designer, while possessing solid basic professional theory, we should always pay attention to the emergence of new technology, new technology and new equipment, so as to be applied in engineering design. According to the specific situation and related needs of industrial workshop building, this design designs lighting system, automatic fire alarm system, lightning protection grounding system and so on.

第一章 绪论

1.1 课题来源和背景

近年来,经济、社会以及工业化的步伐逐渐加快,与此同时大量的工业建筑在全国各地兴建起来,由此产生了各种工业园区、工业开发区等等。无论是乡镇还是城市,工业建筑多多少少都能够见到。其中厂房车间更是在工业生产中发挥着不可忽视的作用。出于对交通运输以及劳动力的需求,工业厂房在大大小小的城市或地区都有分布,并作为工业生产加工的主要工作场所[1~3]。人们因为经济社会发展而持续增长的生活和工作的需求,在因为大型中型工业厂房因为资源和需求等原因导致不能广泛分布的情况下,难以满足需求,使得灵活分布的小型厂房车间成为未来的一种发展方向。
