船舶舵系安装工艺优化及可视化设计毕业论文

摘 要

舵系安装是船舶入水前的一项重要工作。它的安装质量将会直接影响到船舶的操纵性。本文以船舶舵系为主要研究对象,掌握舵系安装相关规范要求,并根据钢质海船入级规范要求优化安装工艺流程;开展舵系镗孔、舵叶与舵杆装配、舵杆与上舵承装配等具体工艺设计;利用CAD、Unity 3D等工具建立舵系重要单元三维模型,实现安装过程可视化,支持舵系安装高源流程关键环节精准实施。

Abstract

The installation of rudder system is an important task before launching a ship. Its installation quality directly affects the ship's maneuverability. In this paper, the rudder system of ships is the main research object, master the relevant installation specifications of rudder system, and according to the classification specification of steel sea-going ships, optimize the installation process flow; The detailed process design of rudder boring, Rudder Blade and Rudder Rod Assembly, Rudder Rod and rudder upper bearing assembly is carried out, and the three-dimensional model of the important elements of rudder system is established by using CAD, Unity 3d and other tools to realize the visualization of the installation process, support the precise implementation of the key links of the high-source installation process of the rudder system.

1.1 研究背景

我国近几十年制造业发展迅速,工业现代化进程加快,自改革开放起就逐渐形成独立完整工业体系。但我国在创新能力、自主研发、信息化程度上与世界先进水平还有一定差剧,“四个全面”战略以及中国制造“2025”战略提出,为我国调整工业结构、重塑产业布局提供国家层面制度支撑。2025工业规划十大领域涉及大力发展海上作业保障设备和专业设备,掌握关键设备、模块化设计制造等核心技术,将海洋工程装备与高技术船舶领域列为建设重点领域。
