基于蒸爆下的无胶混杂型生物质复合材料的胶合性能研究
摘要
木材工业的快速发展,在很大程度上缓解了木材市场供需矛盾。普通人造板生产的主要原料仍然是木材或木材采收的残余物,人造板行业是一个资源消耗行业;以及人造板中游离甲醛的释放。为此,有必要寻找适合人造板生产的木材资源,研究和生产真正环保的人造板产品。利用蒸汽爆破技术,运用复合材料的设计思想,利用材料间的互补性提升复合材料的综合性能。在材料接触方式和压缩比的试验下测定出加入核桃壳粉接触面积增大,在同一筛分值下,压缩比高则板材性能好。

Abstract
He rapid development of the board industry has eased the contradiction between supply and demand in the timber market to a considerable extent. The main raw material for the production of ordinary wood-based panels is still the residue of wood or timber harvesting, and the wood-based panel industry is a resource-consuming industry; and the release of free formaldehyde in wood-based panels. To this end, it is necessary to find suitable wood resources for the production of wood-based panels to research and manufacture truly environmentally friendly wood-based panel products.Under the test of material contact mode and compression ratio, the contact area of the added walnut shell powder was increased. Under the same sieve value, the compression ratio was high and the sheet performance was good.

研究目的及意义
近几年来,我国经济迅速发展,人民生活水平逐步提高,家具等木材加工企业有着快速的发展。这些产业随着消费水平的提高也有了迅速发展,规模不断扩大,产值不断提高,从业人数也迅速增加。对人造板产业的发展也越来越重要。
人造板产业的迅猛发展在相当程度上缓解了木材市场的供需矛盾。生产普通人造板的主要原料仍然是木材或者木材切割剩余物,人造板产业是资源消耗型产业;而且存在游离甲醛释放问题。针对以上原因,必须寻找适宜的、可用于生产人造板的资源,去研究制造真正的环境友好型的人造板产品。
