摘 要
管壳式换热器在工业中有重要的应用。甚至于在我们平时的生产生活中,空气预热器都有着广泛的应用。本课题的研究目的是根据给定的数据,然后运用管壳式换热器的设计方法来设计一个螺纹槽管空气预热器。本课题首先对空气预热器的发展历史和研究的现状进行了介绍。上世纪以来,各种强化管就渐渐地取代了光管的地位。本文针对螺纹管的结构做了简要的说明,分析了其对流动的影响,即其工作原理,然后说明了螺纹槽管的参数对其传热特性和阻力特性的影响。在进行设计时,运用平均温差法,结合课题任务书给的原始数据来设计。原始数据有空气的进出口温度,烟气的进出口温度,以及空气在标准状况下的流量。用螺纹槽管代替光管设计了一个固定管板式的空气预热器。在对空气预热器进行热力计算后对该空气预热器进行了校验计算,最后计算了其总阻力降。至此该管壳式空气预热器的设计完成,然后依据完成的设计,运用CAD绘图软件绘制该空气预热器的图纸。在最后总结了管壳式空气预热器的设计过程,然后对本课题所设计的空气预热器的改进进行了展望。

Abstract
Shell and tube heat exchanger has an important application in industry. Even in our daily life, air preheater is widely used. The purpose of this project is to design a spiral groove tube air preheater based on the given data and the design method of shell and tube heat exchanger. Firstly, this paper introduces the development history and research status of air preheater. Since the last century, all kinds of enhanced tubes have gradually replaced the status of light tubes. This paper gives a brief description of the structure of the threaded tube, analyzes its influence on the flow, that is, its working principle, and then explains the influence of the parameters of the threaded groove tube on its heat transfer and resistance characteristics. In the design, the average temperature difference method is used, combined with the original data given in the task book. The original data include the air inlet and outlet temperature, flue gas inlet and outlet temperature, and air flow under standard conditions. A fixed tube plate type air preheater is designed by using a threaded grooved tube instead of a smooth tube. After the thermal calculation of the air preheater, the air preheater was checked and calculated, and finally the total resistance drop was calculated. So far, the design of the shell and tube air preheater has been completed, and then according to the completed design, the drawings of the air preheater are drawn by CAD drawing software. Finally, the design process of shell and tube air preheater is summarized, and the improvement of the air preheater designed in this project is prospected.
