摘 要

在人类社会里,能源与我们的生活息息相关,有着不可替代的作用。社会的进步和发展往往都伴随着能源的消耗,同时也带来了人类活动所造成的严重的环境问题。世界面临着能源和环境的挑战。冶金行业的能源消耗比例一直以来都名列前茅,同时高炉又是冶金制造行业中的重要设备,它排放的烟气中蕴含着额很大的热量,有很大的利用价值。如果将产生的烟气直接排到大气中,不仅浪费了其中的能量,还污染了环境。本课题研究的1080 m³高炉热风炉热媒式空预器就是为了实现余热烟气的回收利用,以达到节省能源,减少环境污染目的。

本课题的热介质空气预热器主要包括烟气热交换器和空气热交换器两个主体,翅片管用作传热部件,T66导热油用作介质,来实现烟气和空气的热量交换。设计过程中,先计算出空气的出口温度,以及换热量。然后选择合适的尺寸规格,再选择合适的导热油进出口温度确定翅片管的管排数,保证指标满足设计要求后,进行结构设计。设计图纸包括烟气换热器和空气换热器的总装置图以及主要的零件图,和热媒式空预器的总装置图。

Design of thermal medium air preheater for blast furnace with 1080m³

Abstract

In human society, energy is closely related to our life and plays an irreplaceable role. Social progress and development are often accompanied by the consumption of energy, but also bring serious environmental problems caused by human activities.The world faces energy and environmental challenges.The proportion of energy consumption in the metallurgical industry has always been among the best. Meanwhile, blast furnace is an important equipment in the metallurgical manufacturing industry.The flue gas discharged by blast furnace contains a large amount of heat and has great use value.If the smoke is discharged directly into the atmosphere, it will not only waste energy, but also pollute the environment.The hot medium air preheater of 1080 m blast furnace studied in this paper is to realize the recovery and utilization of waste heat flue gas, in order to save energy and reduce environmental pollution.

The hot medium air preheater of this project mainly includes two main bodies, flue gas heat exchanger and air heat exchanger. The fin tube is used as the heat transfer part and T66 heat conduction oil is used as the medium to realize the heat exchange between flue gas and air. In the design process, the outlet temperature of air and the heat transfer capacity are calculated first. Then select the appropriate size specifications, and then select the appropriate temperature of the heat conducting oil import and export to determine the number of finned tube row, to ensure that the indicators meet the design requirements.Then for structural design.The design drawings include the general device drawings of flue gas heat exchanger and air heat exchanger, as well as the main parts drawings, and the general device drawings of heat medium air preheater.
