摘 要
随着社会快速发展,生活热水需求量剧增,热水加热方式也愈多元化发展,其中空气源热泵热水器作为一种以空气为低温热源,经电能做功从低温侧吸收热量来加热生活用水,因其节能环保备受关注。
本文主要对5匹商用空气源热泵热水器进行热力计算、结构设计、cad绘图等。文章前部分介绍空气源热泵热水器的工作原理、特点及其应用,首先从空气源热泵热水器的概述、工作原理、发展趋势及其应用等进行了介绍,并对家用与商用空气源热泵热水器进行比较分析,以突出其适用性,之后介绍空气源热泵热水器的特点、优势及其工况特性。文章后部分通过列表的形式清晰地表述出热力、结构计算全过程,主要分为五个部分,包括压缩机、热力膨胀阀、风机的合理选型,以及联系实验室实物情况对翅片式蒸发器、套管式冷凝器进行结构设计与优化。最后完成一个实用空气源热泵热水器的机械绘图。

The design of 5 HP commercial air-source heat pump water heater
Abstract
With the rapid development of society, People demand much hot water.So, the way of heating water has diversified. Among the way, air-source heat pump water heater uses air as the low-temperature heat source, from which the energy is used to heat water by electric working. HPWH has raised much concern because of the energy conservation and environmental protection.
5 HP HPWH will be calculated and designed in this paper. The working principle, characteristic and application is described in the front part of paper. First is an overview of air-source heat pump, working principles, development and applications. The paper compares household HPWH with commercial HPWH to reveal where it is used.After that, the advantage and working characteristic are mentioned. How it is calculated and designed is expressed clearly by listing it in the rest of paper. It includes five parts which are the right selection of compressor, thermal expansion valve and fan and structural design of finned evaporator and tube-in-tube condense. The design refers to real machine in the laboratory. Last draw the HPWH by AutoCAD.
