全预混燃气大锅灶系统及引射器设计毕业论文

摘 要

随着世界经济的高速发展,能源问题日益突出,高效节能环保是当今全球都非常关心的主题和家电产业的发展方向。现在大家已经意识到这一问题,并在能源探索上不断做出努力,不断研究新的燃烧方式与燃料,全预混燃烧节约燃料并且能提高燃烧效率,也是本课题主要研究目标。

本课题研究内容是全预混燃烧大锅灶系统及引射器的设计。通过设定大锅灶功率,进行燃气选择和热力计算,从而得出设计引射器需要的参数,最后进行不同负荷下引射器的校核完成设计。炊用燃气大锅灶是商业集团厨房设备中耗气量较大的商用燃气厨具,过去较多采用大气式或鼓风扩散式燃烧器,普遍存在排放性能不良、负荷调节不便等缺点。许多燃气灶具远没有达到最佳燃烧状态,灶温一般低于900℃,热效率不到65%。

本次设计利用的是理论计算。通过设定锅灶总功率以及燃烧方式选定燃气种类,并得知其成分,进行热力计算。得到需要的理论燃气空气量并假定满负荷时一次空气系数为1.1,通过引射器进出口压力最终得出引射器的尺寸。最后,进行非满负荷时的检验,画出图纸,完成设计。

结论:本次设计是为了设计出一种全预混燃烧器的大锅灶,目的是节能,环保,实用。设计中的难点是引射器的选型(选用空气引射燃气型),以及如何使空气与燃气混合后的压力与出口处混合燃气的压力相等(加装零压阀)。

Abstract

With the rapid development of world economy, energy issues have become increasingly prominent, efficient energy saving and environmental protection is the development direction in the world are very concerned about the topic and home appliance industry Now we have been aware of the this problem, and in the energy exploration make continuous efforts, continue to study the new way of combustion and fuel, the premixed combustion of fuel saving and can improve the combustion efficiency and this topic main objectives of the study.

The content of this paper is the design of the premixed combustion stove pot system and ejector. By setting the pot stove power, gas and heat calculation, design ejector needs the parameters are obtained, finally different load lead the injector and the check to complete the design. Cooking gas stove is commercial kitchen equipment group consumption volume larger commercial gas kitchen, over the past more by air or blast diffusion burner, widespread poor performance, load adjustment is inconvenient in emissions. Many gas stoves are far from optimal combustion state, the temperature range is generally lower than 900 DEG C, the thermal efficiency of less than 65%.

The use of this design is the theoretical calculation By setting the total power and the type of gas stove combustion mode selected, and that its composition, thermodynamic calculation. The theoretical gas air quantity required is obtained and the air factor is assumed to be 1.1 at full load, and the size of the ejector is finally obtained by the ejector pressure.. Finally, the test of the full load, draw the drawings, complete the design.

Conclusion: This design is to design a large range of the premixed burner for energy saving, environmental protection, utility. Difficulties in design is of induced draft (selection of air ejector type gas) selection of ejector, and how to make the air and gas mixture and the export pressure of mixed gas pressure equal to (the installation of the zero pressure valve).
