摘 要

调查显示，不论是在一、二线城市，还是在三、四线城市，用户在各级银行办理业务时的排队时间较长的现象都是普遍存在的，但与此同时，另一个与之相对的现象同样普遍，即在空闲时段，银行往往会遇到一段时间内没有一个用户前来办理业务的窘境^[1]。

针对办理业务用户对于排队大量浪费时间的不满，与银行工作效率因此下降这两处难题，围绕在银行办理业务的业务场景，我们对办理业务排队等待、排队高峰期等等一系列问题进行深入调研，一款基于Android的银行排队叫号系统应运而生^[2]。

本文从项目管理者角度对该APP进行项目管理工作，阐述了在一款基于Android的银行排队叫号系统的开发过程中，作为项目管理者，在整个项目生命周期中发挥的重要作用，记录项目管理所需要注意的事项与面临的一系列问题。由制定项目章程开始，到项目背景调查，项目市场调研，到需求分析，可行性研究，再到项目核心功能设计，项目具体分工与设计，使用技术的确认，然后监控项目进程与成员工作，控制项目质量，最后测试总结，完成整个项目。

Abstract

Surveys have shown that queuing at the time banks handle business at all levels of banks is common in first- and second-tier cities and third and fourth-tier cities, but at the same time, another phenomenon is relatively common.
