摘 要

黑龙江移动身份和访问管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS)，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、安全性好的数据库，而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。

本文主要研究了黑龙江移动身份和访问管理平台的开发。该平台的开发是基于B/S结构，采用JSP编程技术及ORACLE数据库进行开发。本文首先对网站开发环境和运行平台、数据库、JSP编程技术做了简要的介绍，并对黑龙江移动身份认证和访问管理平台的设计进行了详细的需求分析；然后，给出了黑龙江移动身份认证和访问管理平台的设计方案及系统的具体实现，实现了企黑龙江移动身份认证和访问管理平台的构建，主要包括用户资料管理、系统管理子系统和后台管理；最后，通过测试与分析，说明该系统运行稳定、可靠，具有一定的实用价值。

黑龙江移动身份认证和访问管理平台提供了一个集中的统一认证机制，不仅使用户体验简便一体，而且利于提高办公效率，改善办公质量。这种设计方案非常便于单点登录功能的部署和实施，有利于企业内部应用系统的升级改造，具有良好的集成性和可扩展性。

Design and Implementation of a Customer Management System

ABSTRACT

Heilongjiang mobile identity and management system is a typical Management Information System(MIS). Its development mainly includes two aspects: the establishment and maintenance of database and front-end application development. Firstly, the established database requires strong integrity and good safety. Secondly, its application program has the characteristics of complete function, easy to use and so on.

This paper mainly studies the development of Heilongjiang mobile identity and access management platform. The development of the platform is based on B/S structure and uses JSP programming technology as well as the Oracle database to implement the development. Firstly, this paper makes a brief introduction of the system environment of development, operating platform, JSP programming and database, and then analyzes the demands of this system in detail. Secondly, the scheme of Heilongjiang mobile identity authentication and the access management platform are designed. The functions mainly include the user information management, system management subsystem and background management. Finally, by testing and analysis, the research results show that the system can run stable and reliable and have a certain practical value.

Heilongjiang mobile identity authentication and access management platform provide a centralized and unified authentication mechanism which not only makes the user experience more convenient, but also improve the efficiency and quality of office. This design with good integration and extensibility is very easy to deploy and carry out the function of single sign on and benefit to upgrade the application system in enterprise.
