摘 要

最近几年，我国煤炭行业发展速度减慢，市场集中度较低，煤炭销售压力增大，行业形势愈发严峻，市场需求进一步走弱，这些情况导致了煤炭企业资金链日益紧张，财务负担持续增加。经济全球化使得各个煤炭企业加快了调整产业结构的步伐，深化产业改革成为了重中之重。无论是煤炭企业个体还是整个国内煤炭行业，产业结构等方面的水平与国外先进煤炭行业还是存在不可忽视的差距。

作为世界首屈一指的煤炭生产和储藏大国，中国应积极与到国际能源合作项目中，实现煤炭产业资源配置的优化，因此，研究煤炭类上市公司核心竞争力对于实现国家战略与企业战略意义重大。目前煤炭业增长速度停滞，甚至出现了负增长，针对这一不良态势，本文拟从中国煤炭企业财务竞争力的角度进行分析研究，参考2015年的财报等方面的信息，从十个相关指标数据着手，通过主成分分析和因子分析对我国30家煤炭上市企业运营业状况进行分析对比，在对财务指标的数据提取主成分、公共因子，计算出主成分得分、公共因子得分以及综合得分后，分析了这30家公司财务竞争能力的差异。结果表明，影响煤炭企业竞争力的因素有很多，其中盈利程度、偿债水平和现金流水是主要因素，其次是营运能力。

Of Coal Listed Companies

Abstract

Over the past one or two years, the development speed of China's coal industry is slow, the industry situation is grim. Low market concentration, market demand weakness, increasing coal sales pressure, these cases make coal enterprise capital chain increasingly nervous and grow financial burden. Economic globalization urges the world's coal industry to constantly adjust and change. China's coal industry has a certain distance at the national level, industrial level and enterprise level compared with developed countries.

As the world's largest coal producer and the second largest coal reserve, China should participate in international cooperation and competition, optimize the allocation of resources, therefore, the core competitiveness of coal enterprises has very important practical significance. In view of the current coal industry stagnant growth and even negative growth of bad situation, this paper chooses to study the financial competitiveness of Chinese coal listed companies. Based on 2015 annual report, using multivariate statistical methods of principal component analysis and factor analysis to carry out empirical analysis, principal component extraction, common factors of the financial index, calculate the principal component scores, public factor score and comprehensive score, analysis the difference the 30 listed company's financial ability. The results show that the business performance of the enterprise depends on the profitability, solvency and cash flow, small part depends on the operating capacity. This study put forward suggestions for the development of coal listed companies.

最近几年，我国煤炭行业发展速度减慢，市场集中度较低，煤炭销售压力增大，行业形势愈发严峻，市场需求进一步走弱，然而煤炭是中国经济发展的重要支撑力。2012年中国煤炭消费结构信息显示，全国总发电量的四分之三来自于煤炭发电，煤炭是中国能源安全的重要保障，并且随着社会不断发展，煤炭需求量还会持续增长，峰值有望达到46亿吨。预估到2030年，国内煤炭消费的占比将超越能源总消费量一半。
