碳纤维加热控制装置的设计
摘要
因为碳纤维具有强度比较高、加热性能好等的优异性能,在各大领域的应用范围很广,如军事领域、体育领域以及生活领域等息息相关的地方,所以又被大家誉为材料界的黑色黄金。目前,国务院也明确提出了对于碳纤维发展的政策扶持,发展前景十分可观。碳纤维材料在当前形势是十分高端的化工新材料,触及到许许多多非常精密的制备条件和工艺程度,非常困难在很短时间内就取得很强大的冲破。尽管我们国家的碳纤维产业目前较世界先进程度仍有差距,然而,我们大家都有相信,通过加强自主创新和研发,抓住机遇,争取发展,中国的碳纤维产业必定将能够独当一面,独树一帜,走在科技前沿,甚至为世界带来福音,带来创新产品。碳纤维主要由碳纤维增强塑料制成,复合材料采用碳纤维材料制成。碳纤维材料是强度大于钢,密度小于铝,比不锈钢耐腐蚀,耐高温性能很好,又具有能够像很多导电金属一样的导电性能,具有许许多多有价值的热学、电学、磁学、电路以及力学等性能的新材料。本课题就是设计一个测量碳纤维的加热装置,题目内容主要分为理论采集与研究、补偿电路设计、实验数据采集和分析这三大步骤。理论方面将查询电路、碳纤维、加热电路测量控制等相关资料等书籍和文献,了解碳纤维的特性,不同碳纤维对测量温度结果的影响,完成对相关资料的采集和参考。

Because carbon fiber has high strength, good heat performance of excellent performance, such as in the field of application range is very wide, such as military field, such as sports areas and life is closely linked, so the material is known as "black gold".At present, the state council has also clearly proposed the policy support for the development of carbon fiber, development prospects are very promising.Carbon fiber material in the current situation is very high-end chemical new material, touches many, many very sophisticated preparation conditions and process, it is very difficult to get very powerful in a short time to break through.Although the carbon fiber industry of our country at present is the world's advanced level there is still a gap, however, we all believe that, by strengthening the independent innovation and research and development, seize the opportunity, strive for the development of the carbon fiber industry in China will surely will be able to acquire, own, walk in the forefront of science and technology, even bring the Gospel to the world, bringing innovative products.Carbon fiber is mainly made of carbon fiber reinforced plastics.Is strength steel carbon fibre material, the density is less than aluminum, than stainless steel corrosion resistance, high temperature resistant performance is good, but also has like enough like a lot of the conductivity of conductive metals, has many valuable heat, electricity, magnetism, circuit and performance of new materials, such as mechanics.The purpose of this project is to design a heating device for measuring carbon fiber.This topic is mainly divided into three steps: theoretical collection and research, compensation circuit design, experimental data collection and analysis.The query to the theory of circuit, carbon fiber, the heating circuit measurement control and other relevant materials such as books and literature, understand the characteristics of carbon fiber, the influence of different carbon fiber with the result of measuring temperature, complete the relevant data collection and reference.
