1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
介观太阳能电池作为太阳能电池的一种,由于价格低廉、制作简单、具有较高的光电转换效率等优点,受到广大科研工作者的青睐。
随着太阳能电池的发展,基于透明对电极的太阳能电池、透明电池以及串联电池都对对电极材料提出了新的要求。
其要求对电极在具有良好导电性的基础上,具有良好的可见光透过率。
