摘 要

随着中国市场经济的发展，国内市场对包装机械的需求越来越大。在世界的包装机械市场上，美国、德国、日本、意大利生产的真空包装设备的制造技术非常先进，自动化程度和精确度都非常高。

现在国内的包装设备的生产线是根据海外的真空包装设备的进口自动化的。中国的包装机械技术主要是学习国外的技术。限制了中国的包装机械的发展。特别是我国的中小包装企业，研发资金的投入比较少。在对外引进新的自动化高端设备时，也存在一定的困难。而且，现在企业拥有的真空包装设备的自动化程度很低，操作也很复杂。

本文是针对中小型包装企业存在的自动化程度低,操作不便,需要人工操作等缺点,并对优化自己的学习的知识为基础,根据不同功能的单元模块分别包装设备,真空包装机的控制系统设计。

在此基础上，每个单元的模块可以优化集成真空包装系统中的电路，满足包装设备的调整和操作要求，实现机电一体化。

Abstract

With the development of China's market economy, the domestic market demands more and more packaging machinery.In the world packaging machinery market, the United States, Germany, Japan, Italy production vacuum packaging equipment manufacturing technology is very advanced, the degree of automation and accuracy is very high.

Now the domestic packaging equipment production line is based on the overseas vacuum packaging equipment import automation.China's packaging machinery technology is mainly to learn from foreign technology.Limited the development of packaging machinery in China.In particular, China's small and medium-sized packaging enterprises, the investment of research and development funds is relatively small.There are also some difficulties in introducing new automatic high-end equipment.What's more, the vacuum packaging equipment owned by enterprises is very low automation and complicated to operate.

This paper aims at the disadvantages of small and medium-sized packaging enterprises, such as low degree of automation, inconvenient operation and manual operation, etc., and designs the control system of packaging equipment and vacuum packaging machine according to different functional unit modules on the basis of optimizing my own learning knowledge.

On this basis, the modules of each unit can optimize the integrated circuit in the vacuum packaging system, meet the adjustment and operation requirements of packaging equipment, and achieve electromechanical integration.

第一章 绪论

1.1论文研究背景

人类社会的发展必然伴随着对物质营养的渴望，因此也伴随着对物质食品的包装，这就导致了“包装”这个词的出现。中国有着悠久的历史，同样包装也有着悠久的历史，我国的包装经历了从简单到复杂的发展的过程。

从原始人类社会到中世纪，世界的包装发展已经有很长一段时间了：从发现石制品到磨石，再到发展陶瓷。陶瓷是在公元前15000年左右发明的。公元前2500年，一种透明的彩色玻璃被引入地中海，大约公元前700年，希腊玻璃制造技术被转移是在法老王朝时代，希腊工匠发明并创造了玻璃技术，他们有能力吹制玻璃容器。与此同时，铁制品出现在古希腊，大约在公元前1500年到1200年出现在地中海沿岸，古埃及、古希腊以及两河流域。在中世纪，很长一段时间里，国外的包装发展缓慢，直到14世纪，欧洲的印刷开始出现，英国的造纸厂也出现了。1609年，在美国出现了玻璃瓶工厂，直到19世纪，人造的包装材料逐渐取代了天然包装材料，包装机械产品逐渐取代了手工业包装产品，这就为现代包装行业的发展奠定了坚实基础。直到1795年，当法国第一次有加热产品装在玻璃瓶里，玻璃罐头、锡罐和冷冻食品获得了相关的专利。最后，在19世纪末20世纪初，塑料的出现，标记着商品的包装进入了现代化阶段。
