三层十四车位升降立体车库控制系统设计与实现毕业论文

摘 要

随着经济的发展,我国的汽车拥有量出现了爆炸性的增长,但是车位数却长期存在着巨大缺口。基于此,立体车库得到了大规模的应用。目前大部分立体车库系统都是使用PLC作为控制系统。在监控系统上,采用基于本地的就地监控系统。但就地监控系统存在着一些诸如操作不便、难以远程监控等问题。因此本文希望能够依托云技术,在现有就地监控系统上面增加基于云端的云监控系统。本文设计的立体车库为升降横移式,设计工作内容如下:首先需要设计出控制系统和电气系统。根据立体车库的无人值守需求,在分析其工作流程后,决定选择使用PLC作为控制系统;然后开始进行就地监控系统的设计工作,就地监控系统上选择采用SIMATIC WinCC。在完成了就地监控的设计之后开始设计基于云端的监控系统,本系统能够实时显示设备控制工况和设备工况,对危险信号进行本地和云端的报警,以及短信和微信的推送等操作。以上工作完成之后开始对整个系统进行测试和调试工作。经过测试,本系统基本能够满足无人值守自动化存取车,并且在本地和网页上都能监控本系统的工作情况。

Design and implementation of the control system of the three-layer fourteen parking space lift three-dimensional garage

Abstract

With the development of economy, China's car ownership has seen explosive growth, but the number of parking spaces has a huge gap for a long time. Based on this, the stereo garage has been widely used. At present, most stereo garage systems use PLC as the control system. In the monitoring system, the local monitoring system is adopted. However, there are some problems in the local monitoring system, such as inconvenient operation, difficulty in remote monitoring and so on. Therefore, this paper hopes to rely on cloud technology to add cloud based cloud monitoring system on the existing local monitoring system. The three-dimensional garage designed in this paper is lifting and moving type. The design work is as follows: first, the control system and electrical system need to be designed. According to the unattended requirements of the three-dimensional garage, after analyzing its working process, it is decided to use PLC as the control system; then, the design of the local monitoring system is started, and SIMATIC WinCC is selected as the local monitoring system. After the completion of the design of local monitoring, the monitoring system based on the cloud is designed. The system can display real-time equipment control conditions and equipment conditions, alarm local and cloud dangerous signals, and push SMS and wechat. After the completion of the above work, start to test and debug the whole system. After testing, the system can basically meet the requirements of unattended automatic access vehicle, and can monitor the operation of the system locally and on the web page.
