摘 要
本文是针对于高盐废水的一种处理装置的研究,其目的是为处理在生活、石油化工等一些方面产生的一种对人们有害的高盐废水。由于我们所生活的环境问题越来越严重,所以对于环保自动化设备的设计迫在眉睫。生活方面主要是生活所产生的垃圾渗滤液。
这个装置算是一个小试验装置,以HPDM作为中心轴,主要包括进料及物料循环系统,加热蒸汽和凝结水系统,进行了电气控制、远程监控与自动控制。主要是依据热泵的原理,对蒸发分馏的热量进行循环利用,依靠膜技术对凝结水氨氮吸收分离。从而去除废水中污染物。
在掌握工艺的基础上,进行总体的架构,进行设备电气控制设计,对电器元器件,检测仪表进行选型并对参数进行对比。以PLC S7-300作控制器采用step7软件进行模块创建与模块化编程。
系统特点是生产效率会比较高,工艺路线短,处理单元少,实现热量循环使用节省了成本。根据要求,需要绘制电气控制图,使用wincc软件来绘制上位机组态与PLC进行交互,能够进行实时的报警监控等调试功能,有一个较好的人机界面,还需编写梯形图等。

Design of automatic control of evaporation cycle treatment of high salt waste water
Abstract
This paper is a kind of treatment device for high salt waste water. The purpose is to deal with a kind of harmful high salt wastewater which is harmful to people in some aspects, such as life, petrochemical and other aspects. As the environmental problems we live in are becoming more and more serious, the design of environmental protection automation equipment is imminent. Life is mainly about landfill leachate produced by life.
The device is a small test device, with HPDM as the center axis, mainly including feed and material circulation system, heating steam and condensate system, electrical control, remote monitoring and automatic control. According to the principle of heat pump, the heat of evaporation and fractionation is recycled, and the ammonia nitrogen of condensate is absorbed and separated by membrane technology. In order to remove the pollutants in the wastewater.
On the basis of mastering the technology, the overall structure is carried out, the electrical control design of the equipment is carried out, the electrical components and the measuring instruments are selected and the parameters are compared. Using PLC S7-300 as controller, STEP7 software is used for module creation and modular programming.
The system is characterized by high production efficiency, short process route, and few processing units, so that heat cycling can save costs. According to the requirements, we need to draw electrical control chart, use WinCC software to draw upper computer configuration and interaction with PLC, can carry on real-time alarm monitoring and other debugging functions, have a better man-machine interface, and also need to write ladder diagram and so on.
