摘 要
工业是促进经济进步的重要因素,然而工业发展也带来了相当多的环境问题,其中污水问题令人们很是烦恼。工厂污水的排放污染了当地的水质,破坏了生态环境,给人们的健康带来了极大的危害。为了人类的可持续发展,有效解决污水问题,就变得尤为重要。然而,中国的污水处理技术起步较晚,技术水平有限。如今国内拥有的污水处理系统技术相对落后,并且污水处理装置的造价很高,处理后的水质也存在不稳定问题。所以面对国内对污水处理系统存在的缺陷,设计一种可以有效处理污水,并且造价经济合理,可以自动控制的污水处理设备就非常有必要。
本次设计了一款利用西门子S7-300PLC控制的污水处理以及监控系统,其效率高,操作简单,维护方便,价格经济合理,成本花费少。本设计中采用SBR污水处理系统,根据SBR工艺首先对污水进行处理,并且每经过一个周期可以进行自循环清洗管道,保证了每次测量的准确性,采用WinCC flexible作为组态软件,能够实现的下位机的控制以及报警提示,同时设置的了历史曲线和实时曲线,便于观察水质的实时情况。

Development of sewage discharge monitoring system based on
WinCC and PLC
ABSTRACT
Industry is an important factor in promoting economic progress. However, industrial development also brings quite a lot of environmental problems. Sewage problems are very annoying. The discharge of factory sewage pollutes the local water quality, destroys the ecological environment and brings great harm to people's health. For the sustainable development of mankind, it is particularly important to effectively solve the problem of sewage. However, China's sewage treatment technology started late and its technology level was limited. Nowadays, the technology of domestic sewage treatment system is relatively backward, and the cost of sewage treatment plant is very high, and the water quality after treatment is also unstable. Therefore, facing the defects of domestic sewage treatment system, it is necessary to design a kind of sewage treatment equipment which can effectively deal with sewage, and the cost is economical and reasonable, and the sewage treatment equipment can be controlled automatically.
A sewage treatment and monitoring system controlled by SIEMENS S7-300PLC is designed, which has high efficiency, simple operation, convenient maintenance, reasonable price and less cost. In this design, the SBR sewage treatment system is used, the sewage is treated first according to the SBR process, and the self circulating cleaning pipe can be carried out every time. The accuracy of each measurement is guaranteed. The WinCC flexible is used as the configuration software, the control of the lower machine and the warning of the alarm can be realized. At the same time, it is set up at the same time. The historical curve and real-time curve are convenient to observe the real-time situation of water quality.
